From the checking in process making sure that the correct groups board in order, the food on board included in price of air ticket with a special request for dietary requirements, to arriving ahead of schedule and great WiFi connection included on board.
Crew was great, service was good, flight went well. Originally, the flight was advertised with WiFi… including during check in… and nada.
Aegan Airlines compensates for its outdated business-class seats with excellent food and onboard crew service. Launge was also excellent.
For a business class, it barely met the standards of a basic economy on most carriers. The seat would barely recline; no pillow or blanket unless you ask a crew member; no leg rest (at least in the 1st row). The crew was friendly and attentive, except for one male crew member who was very inconsiderate toward many business passengers who were already sleeping or trying to sleep, slamming the doors of the kitchen compartments. He did so twice till another passenger complained to him. Overall, business class is an economy experience except for the food.
Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.

The flight was excellent but the onboard WiFi wasn’t working.
The flight was full. The young man in the seat in front of me had reclined and I asked him to put the seat up just a bit because it was encroaching my space quite a lot. Turned out he couldn't because the mechanism was broken. The choice was all the way up or all the way down, no in-between.
Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!
Very delayed. Plus lack of entertainment on board. Crew members were very nice
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
Flight from Munich to Geneva was delayed an hour without any notice. Finally called 5 minutes after their flight was supposed to leave only to be told it was late. Then after boarding- we were told to leave the plane go back to the terminal so they could make a repair. NO Communication whatsoever. Agent at the airport was rude and offensive. Finally got on the plane three hours after originally planned. Lost our car reservation in Geneva and had to pay $200 more to get the rental. HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE!!!!
I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.
Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.
They failed to make sure all luggage made it onto the flight. I had to spend a week on vacation with no clothes.
No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.
The flight has been delayed and arrived 30 minutes late. I had a very tough connection in Frankfurt, I had to run to catch my flight to Newark and Lufthansa was absolutely not helpful. They just told me I have to hurry but didn't tell me where I should go , I was very disappointed
I missed my connection. Lufthansa did a great job helping me get a new flight. My luggage arrived on the same plane as I did. That was astonishing.
More legroom for me as a tall person. I shouldn’t have to be discriminated because of my height just like someone’s wheelchair does have to pay extra to be accommodated comfortably.
Good, efficient flights both ways. Didn’t have food and no entertainment so can’t comment on those. Friendly staff that let me move to a row with no one booked.
My flight was delayed and my second flight missed despite a three hour connection in Düsseldorf. My luggage was lost and it took three hours to recover which was actually unfortunately very much barely possible. I needed to rebook a flight that was three times the original cost of the original flight which now I need to go back and recover from the airline. Terrible experience,

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen
Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
The passenger next to me passed out and the crew was helpless. Luckily there was a paramedic on board.
