Cabin crew were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful to me and my twins and family. Great crew!!!
Highlights were the food and wonderful staff. Airplanes were exceptionally clean.
Aegan Airlines compensates for its outdated business-class seats with excellent food and onboard crew service. Launge was also excellent.
On every Aegean flight it seems, they ask people to check in carry on luggage. That seems to happen less often with other airlines for some reason. The food is very basic for a full service airline. We do not need a meal with trays, but something of higher quality (even just higher quality pies) would be better. The cabin crew was very nice and professional, though.
Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.

The crew was awesome. There was a school group of about 60 14 year-olds. The food is standard greek fare, Baklava was pre-packaged like it would normally be sold in a vending machine, and it was the highlight of the meal. Plane was in great shape, and seating was like a any A319 you would experience at a national-level carrier (i.e. not like Ryan Air). Like many European airports, they bused us to the plane, so the process of boarding groups is useless, and not well understood by infrequent travelers.
Short flight. Was not told if there was a kosher option for the snack.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience in business class, which we “won” in the airlines lottery In exchange for a relatively small deposit. The breakfast served at the beginning of this three hour flight was absolutely phenomenal. I would be tempted to fly Aegean airlines on a transatlantic flight in light of this experience.
This is by far my worse experience with airline. The Lufthansa crew at the airport was rude, inefficient and not customer oriented. I am not counting the 1 hour delay, as safety comes first and it is understandable to prioritize it, but I had to take three flights to my final destination and I am flying frequently cross Atlantic trips since 2011, so I can confidently say that this flight operated by Lufthansa (flight from Athens to Munich LH1753 , was my worse experience.
The crew on my Frankfurt to Chicago flight were outstanding!! Friendly, helpful and worth taking the time to write an excellent review on their behalf. I would fly Lufthansa again just because of their warmth, kindness and humor!

No Wi-Fi or food unless you pay an expensive fee.
Flight took off late. Flew business class. Lunch choice was chicken or vegetarian gruel. Chicken was gone by the time the flight attendant got to me. Got the salad, rolls, and desert. Skipped the vegetarian gruel. Almost broke a tooth on the roll. Suspect at it was least three days old...bird food. Wheelchair service (for spouse) at ATH was outstanding. Wheelchair service at FRA was mediocre as usual/expected.
Leg room was ok 1 flight attendant threw headphones at us. Very rude Overbooked flight thank goodness I got a seat Bathrooms smelled and urine all over the floor
No assistance as requested. Very late take off. Very hard landing And again , no assistance after landing
Less room on an international flight than domestic, which makes no sense as they are 8-9 hour flights. Completely uncomfortable and the food was terrible. Flying through Germany and having to stand in line for a passport check when you have a connection also makes no sense when you already did that prior to boarding. They had given some of our seats away because we were so late arriving to the connecting gate
Not- enough- time to reach the airplain had to take a Train !!!!
Flight got canceled and caused a lot of issues. I was stuck in Frankfurt for several hours without any help from Lufthansa personell. They weren’t qualified or couldn’t/ didn’t want to provide help. After my flight was canceled the Lufthansa train was canceled too. After hours a DB employee provided a new train ticket and connection. Lufthansa was not involved in solving the issues they caused.
