Flight was on time and the flight crew was very friendly and they were able to answer questions in English very easily. My bag came out fast in stockholm.

First they postponed the departure from 20.20 to 02.05 - almost 6 hours. Then all communication stopped. At app. 23.30 all info boards confirmed that the plane was finally cancelled. And after a sleepless night I realised that two contradicting messages had been received: At 01.59 passengers were directed to board - at the opposite end of CPH Airport - as the plane would take-off at 02.05 and at 02.42 CPH Airport Authority (official traffic information) confirmed that plane was again-again cancelled. Irreparable image!
It's fine if you don't want to give free water or anything, but don't try to sell the food in first class like there is a chef that actively made the food from the finest local ingredients. Its still plane food and the chef hasn't been near that food for quite some time
I was very disappointed because a special assistance wasn’t given to me and water was given to me in 50 min after I asked about it.Poor service,
Smooth flight. Surprisingly good and inexpensive food choices. Clean cabin. The plane is not equipped with the entertainment system.

The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.
One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍
I have flown over 2million miles. Great flight but bizarre boarding process. They must have paged half the passengers to the desk for documentation check before boarding anyone. Overall great value.

Crew was excellent. Business class was poor on the short flight and mediocre at best on the international flight.
Boarding was delayed for an unknown reason for more than an hour. While the airplane was at the gate, the boarding time was moved by 10-20 minutes every 15 minutes. No entertainment on the plane.

My flight was cancelled and I went through hell to get it fixed, with no help from the website I booked it on. My reservation was cancelled AGAIN by the site I booked on without my knowledge a week later. The flight itself that I finally got on was awful. Drunk man belligerent the entire flight, I don't understand how he was allowed on the flight.
Comfortable seats and lie flat setup. Decent food. Very attentive crew.
It wasn't an AeroMexico connect but SAS, I dunno where that AeroMexico info came from. A word to the wise - do NOT get an international connecting flight into Eurooe at Copenhagen that has less than an hour layover between flights, or you'll never make it. You'll need to go thru immigration at the airport before catching your next flight, which takes some time, and then it could be a good half hour walk or more over to your next gate. Kayak lined up flights for us with only a 45-minute layover and it was literally impossible to make the nect flight ... I figured if their robots thought it woukd work it should be ok, but don't trust the robots! Had to wait for the next plane to make it to our destination.
One of our bags was never put on the flight in Copenhagen. Now that we're home in the USA, my wife is still without most of her clothes and personal items as she returns to work this week. Hoping for a quick resolution, but there seems to be little chance of speaking with an actual person in the process.
Excellent service throughout. Airport process is quick and easy. Very courteous staff. Great service in the plane! Just outstanding punctuality and service overall!!
The meal offered was fish. I am allergic to fish. When I told her, she just took the box of food back without offering me an alternative.... I had to ask... can I then have a bag of chips? She did give it to me. I am a Euro Bonus gold member. Please just take the time to offer something else. Easy and from a customer service point of view, .... Considerate.
Business class seats narrower and the most uncomfortable Business class I've ever experienced. Clothes on the seats was itchy, head of the bed was elevated causing us to slude down even though they were "lie flat seats". Plane was way too hot. My partner and I were both sweating just sitting in our seats. Staff appeared sad or depressed
The check in computers were difficult to use, we waited a long time to get off the flight and the food was terrible on the outgoing flight.
Boarding and crew were excellent. Seat could have been more comfortable (hard on lower back).
The flight was on time and loading was fine. I really disliked that all drinks other than coffee or tea had a cost. Deplaning was also an issue as people did not wait for those in front of them to get out before they pushed forward
Last minute cancelation, though a substitute flight was found I could not pick my meal or seat. The hotel offered didn't have working air control or shower.
Food and entertainment were not available, so my rating on those items isn't actually correct. There should be a "Not relevant" or "Didn't use it" option.
Waiting outside for a long time is not really necessary
The flight boarded nice and early and this meant there was no sudden rush at the gate. The only down side was the cabin was very cold 🥶
Flying from Hamburg to Stansted was a nightmare if I have to be honest, the flight was due to leave at 15:50 and we ended up not taking off properly till 16:56. They really don’t have enough people doing the sorting of baggage where you get the sticker for your case before the security check, going through security was 10x more faster then the whole baggage situation.
After passing through boarding gates we had to wait for 45 minutes in a small space with no place to sit.
On time boarding, on time departure and early arrival. As it should be. Yes, the comfort and benefits are very poor, but therefore the ticket is 6 times cheaper than with a flag carrier. So I am not complaining about it. You get what you pay for.
How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.

50 minute of delay on a flight scheduled after 22pm is really annoying. This was even the only flight departing from Frankfurt Hahn on that evening so the delay was inexcusable
We missed the flight due to very slow security control and lack of last call announcement. We only found out at the gate that the gate is closed. Altogether 14 or 15 people missed the flight FR4500 from Cologne to Dublin.

I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.

Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.

Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
