Flight was on time and the flight crew was very friendly and they were able to answer questions in English very easily. My bag came out fast in stockholm.

Was great but they would not book my bag through to my final destination

First they postponed the departure from 20.20 to 02.05 - almost 6 hours. Then all communication stopped. At app. 23.30 all info boards confirmed that the plane was finally cancelled. And after a sleepless night I realised that two contradicting messages had been received: At 01.59 passengers were directed to board - at the opposite end of CPH Airport - as the plane would take-off at 02.05 and at 02.42 CPH Airport Authority (official traffic information) confirmed that plane was again-again cancelled. Irreparable image!

It's fine if you don't want to give free water or anything, but don't try to sell the food in first class like there is a chef that actively made the food from the finest local ingredients. Its still plane food and the chef hasn't been near that food for quite some time

I was very disappointed because a special assistance wasn’t given to me and water was given to me in 50 min after I asked about it.Poor service,

Smooth flight. Surprisingly good and inexpensive food choices. Clean cabin. The plane is not equipped with the entertainment system.

Failure of APU meant massive delays at start of journey , baking in an unventilated plane Not good

Delay ca 5 hours on the first flight and 2 hours on the next one

The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.

One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍

DO NOT book with Kayak or a third party travel agent like Underpricers. You will regret it.

Every time I fly LOT, I swear I will never do it again. And changing planes in Warsaw is a horror. Not even remotely organized. I can only feel sorry for the staff who have to put up with it.

Boarding could've been improved a bit, the rest is excellent.

The seats are small and the movie selection was disappointing. However, the food was excellent and the cabin crew was attentive and kind.

I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flight without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.

first and above all I liked the crew; everyone was one of a kind, friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.

My bag was lost despite an almost 8 hour layover in Warsaw. Nearly 12 hours after my arrival, I have not heard anything about it.

Delay everywhere,5 hours,24 hours,missing all connection flights,terrible trip..

Relatively good experience from the polite professionalism of ground and cabin crew to the efficient service on board. The quality of the food served was really good and the portions just right for the flight time.

Frankfurt airport customs for terminal Z is ridiculous. We've been through there twice. Each time we have stood in line too long, had a photos taken a total of 4 times, finger prints innumerable times. This was all suppose to make things faster. And having to do this even though our first flight was from an EU country was a waste of time and a great deal of frustration. It was better before.

There was stewardes who was walking up and down the alley and keep spraying room refresher on people heads. It was terrible. Not only was it keep filling on my face plus I smelled like a room refresher after all my all clothes.

The new buisness class pods are 100% worth it. Loved it.

Pretty bad. No welcome drink (the Lufthansa signature drink they advertised but did not serve). No 2 round of beverages. No coffee to end your meal. No snack before landing on an overseas flight. Mediocre everything and unattentive staff. Munich and Frankfurt as connecting flight airports are terribly big (20 min walk for transfer!) and confusing. Will not fly again.

how cold Sofia - Munich (first leg of an overseas trip Sofia to Boston, with transfer in Munich) not have any in-flight free snack and drink and one has to purchase those separately - at very overpriced prices at that, despite the high price of the ticket itself! I will will Ryan Air or Wizz Air and pay low-budget ticket if I wanted a zero frills flight. This is not acceptable. Coffee/tea and a mini sandwich or snack should be served on the 1st leg of an international trip with the airline.

No food available for purchase on a 2:30h flight around lunchtime… Lufthansa hand luggage policy and behaviour makes you feel you’re on Ryanair but paid three times as much

My premium economy experience did not live up to my minimum expectations. I've taken this flight twice in the last three weeks, and each experience was the same. The premium economy seat was worn and extremely difficult to recline. It took two people to return it to its takeoff and landing position. The food was OK, but for the premium that a premium economy seat cost, I expect a satisfying meal. Years ago, I looked forward to the experience of flying transatlantic on Lufthansa (I especially enjoy the hot towel before the meal), but this is not been my experience recently. I'm not going to use Lufthansa again.

If was mostly my own fault. I booked and paid for a window seat. That was a mistake for a long flight. It was hard to get up and use the bathroom. The entertainment system seemed primitive for a modern aircraft.

It never happened. The flight was canceled because of ground crew strikes in Germany.
