The crew and service was excellent. The food and entertainment were very good but not excellent.
Swiss messed up a Geneva-Zurich flight on a day with perfect weather. Then they didn’t even let people with almost no time to catch connections disembark first. Finally, luggage missed the connection of course and it took almost 24 hours for it to be delivered. We lost a whole day of vacation stuck in the hotel waiting for it.
On time arrivals and departure, good in flight entertainment, courteous flight attendants, decent meals, reasonable seat space
Close was excellent. Comfort was very good. The food was marginal.
Didn't make the connection as my primary flight was 3 hrs late, I had to basically beg to be put on a different airline to continue my trip otherwise I would have been sitting on the airport for 8 hrs
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.
I like the stripes, the more color the better I think you could even make more contrast with the stripes by filling in colors that create visual effect. The crew on both flights were polite well dressed, alert, good looking and very friendly. I never had a standing in line anywhere long for entering or exiting to my seat and it’s nice that people don’t bring too much luggage on the plane. The one thing I find is hard to manage is when a family or in general just being able to book a free seat if it is not for a dog, it shouldn’t be allowed. Since it is already very confined space on a flight overseas this can create slight conflict because there are sometimes free seats, which people then can freely use after cabin doors are shut. On the return flight, it was dark and by accident I stood on a paper bag with food in it that was placed on the floor in front of a seat next to me. I belong to the lady across the aisle and I felt terribly sorry once I found out there was still desired food in the paper bag. So I felt uncomfortable for getting into this situation. Otherwise I had a great time.
Overall, we were satisfied with the Lufthansa flights to and from Rome/Zurich. Issue was the Frankfurt airport connection. It is HORRIBLE, but has nothing to do with the flight. Flight was very comfortable. Food was just OK. Staff was great and able to relax during the flight. Would definitely fly again!
The flight was delayed. No information was provided as to the reason for the delay. There was only water offered during the flight.

Swiss air was a short flight to and from Frankfurt to Geneva. The crew was nice, and the service was fine. Would be nice if they had wifi available.
Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.
Their service , specifically the way Lufthansa manages luggages is terrible
Nothing went well. Flight was calceled and had to spend extra non refundable money on a train ticket, which we are not NOT using because a new plane has come up but not for our friend who now has to sit on a 9 hour train journey, ALONE, with no one to talk to.

Condor computers constantly shut down. They had to book entire 747 off one computer. Condor does not leave enough time for their own scheduled layovers in Frankfurt. It is not possible to get through customs and to the gate on time. Both trips were a mess. Condor was so bad that they had to book half the people on Lufthansa to complete their journey. I do not recommend Condor for any reason for anyone.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt due to being stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor said they would not help us because we had a one hour layover which is enough time. When I explained that the line took two hours, they acknowledged that the line is that way but that is the airport and not them. We are now stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it has cost us $500.
The security check between our connecting flights at Frankfurt was a cluster. Horrible quality control with everyone cutting the line. We were in line for over an hour. Condor was nice enough to keep the gate open for us but it was incredibly stressful with two elderly women.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
I had pre-booked a seat but when I checked in it was not assigned to me. I spoke to the agent upon arrival and was upgraded to Economy Plus, which was fantastic.
Could have a friendlier crew. The entertainment should be updated to be more current
Condor is a good and affordable airline. Make sure to leave a two hour window if transferring internationally through Frankfurt.
One of the bathrooms was out of order, I paid $20 for the WiFi and it worked 20% of the time. And when it worked., it didn’t work well. The seats were tight, but that is something that cannot change. The flight was smooth but to know fault of the crew, the flight was delayed an hour leaving sfo. The crew was polite yet efficient.
Loved the staff in business class. Very attentive. Movie selection could have been better (updated)
We free from Zurich - Frankfort- San Francisco. Our first plane was delayed. We were lucky that they held the plane for the second part of our flight, but our bags didn’t make it on the plane. Waiting for the bags and submiitjng a claim added time after a long flight, and I will have to drive back to SFO to get out bags.
