The transfer was awful, everyone was running to catch the flight, there was no information on the process. We git to the gate and the boarding was late and had to stay in different lines but there was no guidance. The flight was late and uncomfortable, probably one of the worst flights I have been on. The luggage was sent to a different terminal and still did not make back to us.
The awful part was the customs delays at ZRH. The good part is the flight was delayed long enough to accommodate. The flight itself was fairly comfortable.
It was on time and we arrived safely—that's a good thing. Other than that, my son's seatback storage pocket was ripped and couldn't hold anything, and his footrest was stuck so he couldn't use it. You pay extra money for allegedly more comfort, but the plane was old and the seats were broken. No drinks were offered in the beginning like in other premium economy settings, no hot towels. It was really basic and nothing more than economy other than three times the price. Very disapointed. My food tray was VERY dirty—I couldn't even eat anything after seeing that. I will try to avoid SWISS in my future travels
Slow boarding, late departure and arrival. Very good crew and free messaging over WiFi but outdated electronics and seats
Overall good solid airline but got “burn” with my check in the “free” laugage that weighed 8 kg.
The service was impeccable both ways. I’m very happy to have had the opportunity to fly Swiss Air.

I like the stripes, the more color the better I think you could even make more contrast with the stripes by filling in colors that create visual effect. The crew on both flights were polite well dressed, alert, good looking and very friendly. I never had a standing in line anywhere long for entering or exiting to my seat and it’s nice that people don’t bring too much luggage on the plane. The one thing I find is hard to manage is when a family or in general just being able to book a free seat if it is not for a dog, it shouldn’t be allowed. Since it is already very confined space on a flight overseas this can create slight conflict because there are sometimes free seats, which people then can freely use after cabin doors are shut. On the return flight, it was dark and by accident I stood on a paper bag with food in it that was placed on the floor in front of a seat next to me. I belong to the lady across the aisle and I felt terribly sorry once I found out there was still desired food in the paper bag. So I felt uncomfortable for getting into this situation. Otherwise I had a great time.
Overall, we were satisfied with the Lufthansa flights to and from Rome/Zurich. Issue was the Frankfurt airport connection. It is HORRIBLE, but has nothing to do with the flight. Flight was very comfortable. Food was just OK. Staff was great and able to relax during the flight. Would definitely fly again!
The flight was delayed. No information was provided as to the reason for the delay. There was only water offered during the flight.

Swiss air was a short flight to and from Frankfurt to Geneva. The crew was nice, and the service was fine. Would be nice if they had wifi available.
Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.
Their service , specifically the way Lufthansa manages luggages is terrible
Nothing went well. Flight was calceled and had to spend extra non refundable money on a train ticket, which we are not NOT using because a new plane has come up but not for our friend who now has to sit on a 9 hour train journey, ALONE, with no one to talk to.

Crew and seats were ok. Food was just simply terrible.
The flight was fine, only issue my friend had was how small the seats were, it's a 10 hour flight so it becomes a bit of an issue when you're sort of cramped.
Based on some reviews, my expectations were low. I must say, the experience in Premium Economy was terrific. Comfortable seat, food was good and service was consistently good. I would certainly consider Condor again.
Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.
The worst experience with an airline in my 50 years of flying.
The flight left 1.5 hours late but there was no information about the delay. My business class cabinet had two small children who cried much of the trip. Service seemed rushed.
I didn't like breakfast, I prefer plain rolls with butter.
Part of our luggage was lost and we had to wait 48 hours before receiving it. Also someone had to wait in the hotel to get it!!! Frustrating & disappointing
Condor computers constantly shut down. They had to book entire 747 off one computer. Condor does not leave enough time for their own scheduled layovers in Frankfurt. It is not possible to get through customs and to the gate on time. Both trips were a mess. Condor was so bad that they had to book half the people on Lufthansa to complete their journey. I do not recommend Condor for any reason for anyone.
We free from Zurich - Frankfort- San Francisco. Our first plane was delayed. We were lucky that they held the plane for the second part of our flight, but our bags didn’t make it on the plane. Waiting for the bags and submiitjng a claim added time after a long flight, and I will have to drive back to SFO to get out bags.
