Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
ontime and super quick boarding and disembarking. I made it in 6 min from airplane through passport control to the train platformin Cologne. Amazingly quick airport.
Boarding was fast and efficient. The crew was super friendly. Since it’s a budget airline and it’s a short flight, I can’t expect food or entertainment.
If you buy a cabin luggage, but don’t need it for your kids, so you will end up with mixed priorities. And you will need to use non priority line

Amazed at huge number of people who hadn’t booked cabin bags with big troller cases and rucksacks, not being stopped, what’s the point in following rules or paying more if you don't have to bother?

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.
To not even provide water without overpaying for it was disgraceful.. being crammed in a bus to the plane also unpleasant.. as an Australian I will never fly easyjet again.. just awful
You need to make signage at Berlin Airport clearer. Having checked in online we had our boarding passes onlour phones. You do not make it clear that you need to check in again to receive a printed luggage tag. You get to baggage drop off and it says you can only do it with a luggage tag BUT not how to get this.
The plane was postponed for over 2.5 hours, which meant that all four of us missed the check in time for our ongoing trip to Melbourne. We had to buy new tickets for 4 people as we had to forfeit the ones we had. The cost was really unfair. i understand that it was snowing during the first leg of the plane for that morning. Surely the cost could have been shared by the airline and not all by us. I could have bought insurance - but you can see how much I travel. I will need to chose more trustworthy airlines.
Queuing for quite a while despite using the "speedy boarding".
The food and so are to expensive and old . Crew whas not very friendly . Apparently some other passenger can just Push through the waiting people to board while almost punching me and a father with a child down the stairs. Its always something with easy jet . The seats of row 26 where lose . And for a guy of my size there is absolutely no leg room at all .

Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Staff had been really impolite at the boarding area and for both ways charged high extra fees without a reason. For the check-in luggage which was measured 3.5 kg and was confirmed by the stuff to cost 40 € , 60 Euros had been purchased from our credit card. When confronted staff did call us both liars and claimed to never have announced anything. Flight back , when not wanting to press a backpack in a measuring metal instead of hand measuring , staff got angry that one did not follow her order, which was than escalated by the team. Although carrying a baby anyways staff did not offer any help in the unreasonable process and than charged again extra money. Cabine crew has been friendly but this experience LL lead to not booking easy jet at all in the future. Check in process in Edinburgh anyways chaotic,to the family check-in and disabled check-in everybody else was guided for check in process, so people just getting in between each other, not possible to monitor your own stuff.
Boarding it group 6 is unreasonable for gold members of codeshare airlines. Lots it luggage compartments full of crew and other bs. 6 rows of passengers no stowage
Someone sat in my seat and this made boarding protracted and unpleasant. The stewardesses kept saying, “it is important that everyone be seated — or we will be further delayed,” but for a long time they did not tell me where to sit. At the end of the flight a baby screamed loudly for several minutes and it took ninety minutes (!) to get through EU passport and customs. We had to stand the whole time in a an overheated room. The seat on the plane was narrow. These things are not all Lufthansa’s fault but they made for a somewhat unpleasant trip.
Very bad because the flight was delayed from Palermo to Munich and we lost the intercontinental connection in Munich to Orlando Florida. We arrived before the flight leaves but they did not took us into the plane. They did not give us any compensation for all the damage they made us by taking another plane to Washington DC and then fly in another connection ton Orlando. We had to experience a very stressful situation. We were very exhausted after all conflict. We need a compensation for this bad expirience. .
I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.
Did not happen. Cancelled and rebooked on flight to Frankfurt and then to Berlin. Lost luggage at Frankfurt change.

We were upgraded to Premium Economy which was great, lots of space, great food, great seats, somewhat more attentive service.
Staff on board was cheerful. Airport staff was Ok, but the plane was late and the boarding by zones makes it very stressful because I was in the last zone and therefore wasn’t sure I could get my bag onto the overhead rack. Plane was FILTHY.
Multiple cancelled flights ended up cancelling the whole itinerary. Went on my own and booked directly the day of flight and am demanding full refund.
Crew and seats were ok. Food was just simply terrible.

The flight was fine, only issue my friend had was how small the seats were, it's a 10 hour flight so it becomes a bit of an issue when you're sort of cramped.
Based on some reviews, my expectations were low. I must say, the experience in Premium Economy was terrific. Comfortable seat, food was good and service was consistently good. I would certainly consider Condor again.
Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.
The worst experience with an airline in my 50 years of flying.
The flight left 1.5 hours late but there was no information about the delay. My business class cabinet had two small children who cried much of the trip. Service seemed rushed.
I didn't like breakfast, I prefer plain rolls with butter.
Part of our luggage was lost and we had to wait 48 hours before receiving it. Also someone had to wait in the hotel to get it!!! Frustrating & disappointing
Condor computers constantly shut down. They had to book entire 747 off one computer. Condor does not leave enough time for their own scheduled layovers in Frankfurt. It is not possible to get through customs and to the gate on time. Both trips were a mess. Condor was so bad that they had to book half the people on Lufthansa to complete their journey. I do not recommend Condor for any reason for anyone.
More legroom for me as a tall person. I shouldn’t have to be discriminated because of my height just like someone’s wheelchair does have to pay extra to be accommodated comfortably.
My flight was delayed and my second flight missed despite a three hour connection in Düsseldorf. My luggage was lost and it took three hours to recover which was actually unfortunately very much barely possible. I needed to rebook a flight that was three times the original cost of the original flight which now I need to go back and recover from the airline. Terrible experience,

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport
Filthy plane, obviously not cleaned properly between flights, food crumbles in seat and carpet
Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
