Excellent excellent flight! I’m sure it helped that the turbulence and the weather cooperated, but the staff was wonderful. The legroom was perfect and my husband is 6‘1“ and he felt perfectly fine. Best flight I’ve taken in a long time.
The transfer was awful, everyone was running to catch the flight, there was no information on the process. We git to the gate and the boarding was late and had to stay in different lines but there was no guidance. The flight was late and uncomfortable, probably one of the worst flights I have been on. The luggage was sent to a different terminal and still did not make back to us.
The awful part was the customs delays at ZRH. The good part is the flight was delayed long enough to accommodate. The flight itself was fairly comfortable.
It was on time and we arrived safely—that's a good thing. Other than that, my son's seatback storage pocket was ripped and couldn't hold anything, and his footrest was stuck so he couldn't use it. You pay extra money for allegedly more comfort, but the plane was old and the seats were broken. No drinks were offered in the beginning like in other premium economy settings, no hot towels. It was really basic and nothing more than economy other than three times the price. Very disapointed. My food tray was VERY dirty—I couldn't even eat anything after seeing that. I will try to avoid SWISS in my future travels
Slow boarding, late departure and arrival. Very good crew and free messaging over WiFi but outdated electronics and seats
Overall good solid airline but got “burn” with my check in the “free” laugage that weighed 8 kg.
The service was impeccable both ways. I’m very happy to have had the opportunity to fly Swiss Air.
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

The workers checking passengers from the boarding gate stole money from people whose luggage was perfectly fitting inside the carry-on sizer.
Boarding and disembarking were smooth. Not offering free water was cheap ... I've never encountered that before on a flight.
The terminals are far away, be prepared to walk. Also, You climb stairs to the plane since there are no aero bridges. Boarding was haphazard not in multiple groups, so stand in line early. Hard to find place to stow cabin baggage if you are behind in the line. You can purchase food on the plane. There are vegetarian options.
sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!
Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.
All around poor experience. Barely got on flight because it was ostensibly overbooked. Forced into checking a carryon bag with empty overhead compartments. Nickeled and dimed. Charged for coffee. Despicable.
easyJet need to ensure that whether pre-booking seats or not children aren’t split from their parents the crew spent the majority of boarding asking passengers to move to accommodate two families. Surely the system identifies minors on a booking !!!!! It was all very frustrating to watch and caused delays which I’m sure cost easyJet more in the long run rather that automatically allocating families with minors seats together automatically.
Staff had been really impolite at the boarding area and for both ways charged high extra fees without a reason. For the check-in luggage which was measured 3.5 kg and was confirmed by the stuff to cost 40 € , 60 Euros had been purchased from our credit card. When confronted staff did call us both liars and claimed to never have announced anything. Flight back , when not wanting to press a backpack in a measuring metal instead of hand measuring , staff got angry that one did not follow her order, which was than escalated by the team. Although carrying a baby anyways staff did not offer any help in the unreasonable process and than charged again extra money. Cabine crew has been friendly but this experience LL lead to not booking easy jet at all in the future. Check in process in Edinburgh anyways chaotic,to the family check-in and disabled check-in everybody else was guided for check in process, so people just getting in between each other, not possible to monitor your own stuff.
The pilot did everything possible to make up the 35 minute delay. His communications were honest, prompt and positive throughout.
Delayed and ketone runway. Was told some nonsense about thunderstorms slowing down flights. Why not just come out and tell customers NATO and BRITISH FORCES were doing defence exercises and were in control of AIR SPACE.
The flights & staffs were great. However, Frankfurt passport control was terrible: long line, unsupportive airport staff, I would have missed the flight to SFO had not my fellow travelers let me get to the head of the line. An hour and 40 min connection time is way too optimistic for getting into (out of) Schengen area. A 3 hour layover time would be safer but not without some stress.
Crew and seats were ok. Food was just simply terrible.
It was a short flight, maybe an hour long. Everything was handled great.
The flight was fine, only issue my friend had was how small the seats were, it's a 10 hour flight so it becomes a bit of an issue when you're sort of cramped.
Based on some reviews, my expectations were low. I must say, the experience in Premium Economy was terrific. Comfortable seat, food was good and service was consistently good. I would certainly consider Condor again.
Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.
The worst experience with an airline in my 50 years of flying.
The flight left 1.5 hours late but there was no information about the delay. My business class cabinet had two small children who cried much of the trip. Service seemed rushed.
I didn't like breakfast, I prefer plain rolls with butter.
We free from Zurich - Frankfort- San Francisco. Our first plane was delayed. We were lucky that they held the plane for the second part of our flight, but our bags didn’t make it on the plane. Waiting for the bags and submiitjng a claim added time after a long flight, and I will have to drive back to SFO to get out bags.
More legroom for me as a tall person. I shouldn’t have to be discriminated because of my height just like someone’s wheelchair does have to pay extra to be accommodated comfortably.
Good, efficient flights both ways. Didn’t have food and no entertainment so can’t comment on those. Friendly staff that let me move to a row with no one booked.
My flight was delayed and my second flight missed despite a three hour connection in Düsseldorf. My luggage was lost and it took three hours to recover which was actually unfortunately very much barely possible. I needed to rebook a flight that was three times the original cost of the original flight which now I need to go back and recover from the airline. Terrible experience,

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport

Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
