Great movie selection. Seats as comfortable as is possible for economy.
Flight was cancelled months ago but we were not notified. Ended up in the last row next to the bathroom
The whole flight the service and how easy everything was to get to our destination. The only frustrating aspect was the fact that we could not check in early consequently on our connecting flight we were not sitting together.
Flight was delayed an hour and a half, bags took almost 40 minutes to come out. Flight staff is not welcoming. Lounge food selection is comical. For business class my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me. Airline needs a lot of work
Boarding on a heavy rain outside new airport with bridges.
Boarding was annoying. Just at boarding they changed my bought and extra payed comfort seat for normal economy seat. And on my seat they placed someone else.
It was great for a short flight - but due to turbulence no service, and there is no entertainment Appreciated leaving and arriving on time!
We payed for the seats and yet were bumped into others. One airbag under the seat was broken and hanging down, which made sitting down quite uncomfortable. Also tore up my stockings. Flight attendant didn't seem to care at all about that.
My comment before for Sarajevo-Zagreb fligh was actually abou flight from Zagreb to Amsterdam.
Never made it on Thai plane due to all the other planes being late
Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
ontime and super quick boarding and disembarking. I made it in 6 min from airplane through passport control to the train platformin Cologne. Amazingly quick airport.
Boarding was fast and efficient. The crew was super friendly. Since it’s a budget airline and it’s a short flight, I can’t expect food or entertainment.
If you buy a cabin luggage, but don’t need it for your kids, so you will end up with mixed priorities. And you will need to use non priority line

Flight was good but delayed (45 minutes) which made other connections difficult.
Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.
East check in and security. They are always delayed though. ALWAYS!
Amazed at huge number of people who hadn’t booked cabin bags with big troller cases and rucksacks, not being stopped, what’s the point in following rules or paying more if you don't have to bother?
bring iPad for entertainment. The flight was punctual as most of the time.
Very efficient and excellent service. Nice amenities and beautiful plane. Elevated meals. Boarding could have been more organized. We missed our connecting flight due to EU entry but Lufthansa was extremely quick to rebook us.

Boarding arrangements differentiated with groups, easy to follow. Seat size and leg room was very comfortable even I was with Economy class. Food was good and staff was nice. Very good experience even with 12 hrs long-haul.
My flight was cancelled night before departure. It got rescheduled for two days later. As a result, I occurred additional lounging expenses, rent a car expenses, food, missed day of work and the worst part my son missed first day of new school.
When we were boarding, we needed to go the desk and give the address of our final destination. While giving our address, I was yelled at because the woman at the desk couldn’t understand that I was giving her our US address. I kept giving her our street address and she couldn’t understand and she yelled “listen lady, I need your address. Just write it down!” I wrote down exactly what I had been telling her.
Very good! Only negative was having to purchase water on a 2 hour flight! Felt even soda should have been free!
Frankfurt to Washington DC on Lufthansa served a snack on the flight that was veal cutlets. Very risky choice to serve on board. I chose not to ate them for a variety of reasons but I hope Lufthansa chooses differently in the future.
The flight was delayed by an hour. We had a connection in Frankfort continue to JFK. After boarding, we heard that the Tower had put us on hold. We waited another hour before taking off. We missed our connection had to stay at a hotel woke up at 4:30 to make our rebook. Instead of being home on Sat at 8pm, we arrived on Sunday 2pm. On 4 hours sleep. Great !! I would like to avoid Lufthansa at all costs. They did not stand up for their screwup on the delay.
This was a United flight. Seats were way too small. Zero space for bags. My toddler and I were crammed in the middle back of tnr plan with no option to upgrade. Food was awful. Crew was late getting to the plane - it was just pure hell.
Connecting flight was cancelled. No ability to contact anyone from customer service on Kayak or Chatdeals side. Still stranded. SO NOT GREAT EXPERIENCE USING YOUR SERVICE
