The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
The flight was delayed but I was still able to board the connecting flight in Munich.
Easy 1 hour flight and right over the Alps, pretty cool!!
Good staff help. Seats do not have enough legroom. Bus from plane to terminal was annoying.
It subpar at best. Connection flights didn’t have enough time in between. Causing us to miss a flight and getting stuck at the airport for hours. There is also not much consideration for international transit and customs when it comes to timing.
Wonderful crew on board. Unfortunately I was told I had to check my carry on small wheeled luggage because it didn't fit in the sample compartment in the terminal and then it didn't make it to my connecting flight and didn't arrive with me to Boston. While I understand not everyone's rollerboard luggage will fit, I don't think using that sample compartment is a fair/consistent way to do it because there were many other people in line to board with the same size piece of luggage as mine and I am certain not all of them would have fit in the sample compartment either. In the US when there is not enough space they limit based on first come first serve with people in line or they ask for volunteers at the gate to check their luggage which handles some of the problem. Maybe someone with a close connection (90 min, but the flight was delayed 20 min), for an international flight to the US isn't the best person to check a bag.
Very smooth flight and crew was very attentive and helpful
my screen did not work, but the middle seat was empty so I used the middle screen. Also, I appreciate that I was allowed to switch to an earlier flight and avoid short delay during boarding
Loved the chocolate treat in the very short flight and the legroom (it was an exit seat) and the service was awesome, very polite and helpful to all.

I didn't like breakfast, I prefer plain rolls with butter.
Part of our luggage was lost and we had to wait 48 hours before receiving it. Also someone had to wait in the hotel to get it!!! Frustrating & disappointing
Condor computers constantly shut down. They had to book entire 747 off one computer. Condor does not leave enough time for their own scheduled layovers in Frankfurt. It is not possible to get through customs and to the gate on time. Both trips were a mess. Condor was so bad that they had to book half the people on Lufthansa to complete their journey. I do not recommend Condor for any reason for anyone.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt due to being stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor said they would not help us because we had a one hour layover which is enough time. When I explained that the line took two hours, they acknowledged that the line is that way but that is the airport and not them. We are now stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it has cost us $500.
Horrible boarding set up on all flights (necessary to take a bus to the plane each time??) So cramped and they gave no water/drinks/food. Short flight, I know, but that’s cheap!!!
Planes are new and clean and staff is attentive. Food wasn't great and chair cushions were very uncomfortable for long haul flights.
There was one flight attendant who was exceptionally rude about the fact that they didn’t have any meatless options left when I told her I was a vegetarian. The boarding process was a bit disorganized and unclear but everything else was very good.
I missed my connection in Frankfurt and was booked to another flight to New York. Different destination and got downgraded from Business Class to economy. No Support from Condor at all. Very Bad experience
Flight 1.5 hours late; missed connection. Ground support for rebooking inadequate to the point of ridiculousness.
Every thing was fine. The food was lack luster especially after leaving from Italy.
