It was a good flight , only problem they left my Koffer at Frankfort and it took another 24 hours to get it at Leipzig that was my final destination

Crew could have been more helpful in helping to find location to store luggage in overhead bins in order to expedite seating. Seating was cramped and uncomfortable.. Other than that it was a standard flight.

Flight attendant was very rude helping me out. Food was discussing did not eat any of it.

We had the best help ever from the airport workers who helped us check in and get our luggage through even though the checkout was closed. We had gotten so lost that a 90 minute drive became 3 hours. They were fast and courteous and even helped with our rental car. Thank you to them!

Flight was cancelled and rebooking was an hours long experience which required us to rent a cab, hotel room and fly the next day on a different airline with a much longer layover

The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.

The entertainment screens need to be updated. Very difficult to navigate through with old equipment.

Good staff help. Seats do not have enough legroom. Bus from plane to terminal was annoying.

The business class seats are very narrow for the cost
