On time, great food, good drink selection! Only down was alcohol-free lounge. Lufthansa had a much better offering!

It was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. It’s comfortable the flight attendant. Respect you anything you ask for they gave you except the water.

The food menu was impressive but the actual selection limited. That said, the food was excellent. The seat cushions are less than comfortable for a 12 hour flight. Space i8n economy was very good. One first leg the layover was too short. Added with a delay in arrival we could barely made the connecting flight - but the luggage did not make it. It was sent in the next flight so in the end it was a mini=or inconvenience.

Seats were very tight with poor legroom - and I am average height. During the 12 hour flight, tiny paper cups of drinks we're only offered during the super and breakfast services, with the crew nowhere to be seen in between. One of the bathrooms was out of order, leading to long lines waiting to use the remaining two available to the economy class passengers.

For that price on Business class, I expected to have the pod seats. These were configured as 2/3/2 and my seat mate talked half the flight with a friend across the isle, loudly. Very uncouth.

Cabin was kept very hot and it was uncomfortable. Entertainment system did not work at my seat. Crew and service is fantastic

The connecting flight experience was okay. Flight crew's service were great upon settling. However, it wasn't the same as previous flight. Flight crew were okay - friendly, however, not as accommodating.

It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
