The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.
No pilots so we were two hours late taking off and then no gate agents when we arrived in Salt Lake.
We were delayed, which I think had to do with air traffic control. Otherwise, everything was great.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
Crew was very helpful with mobility assistance from end to end. Very caring.
I appreciated being upgraded. I was very disappointed with my 13 hr layover in Seattle to geg, while my friends who flew Alaska made it home as scheduled. I had to reserve a hotel on my dime.
The pilot came out before we left Aruba and told us about the length of the flight, the possible couple of minutes of turbulence in the Bahamas and NY and was so nice! Flight was excellent and we landed 45 min earlier than scheduled time. Had to wait for gate but not a big deal!
I do a fair amount of travel for work, so when I get a good flight crew, I really appreciate it. The crew on this flight were absolutely spectacular, very engaging and sincere.

Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.
The food was great and the service and attitude was amazing!!
Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane
They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace
A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.
Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.
The line at boarding was not well organized and managed
Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet
I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€
Entertainment system is okay, flight attendants were ok. Leg space very narrow, I couldn’t get what I wanted to eat, dinner nor breakfast.
Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

Delays and no explanations nor apologies. Last 4 times I flew Turkish the flight was significantly delayed. I will avoid this company in the future
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

Oh my god! For an13 hour flight they serve you food just one time. Also don’t be thirsty they give you a little small cup of soda to drink. They seem like their goal is to feed you one so they don’t have to be bothered with you. It quite surprise for such a long flight there are several times to eat at least three and the food was well lackluster. The food and lack of offering drinks which were always hot no ice provided.
The only good thing about the flight to Tel Aviv was the food. The seats were uncomfortable for business class. The worst experience was on the day of return. My flight was delayed for 6 hours, therefore missing the connection. The staff at the help desk in Tel Aviv were very disappointing, displaying lack of respect and support. Poor communication with customers regarding their concerns and alternative flights. It took almost 5 hours to find me a flight back to Los Angeles, even though it was clear that there were business class seats available on other star alliance members. I will never fly Turkish airlines again, never!!!!
