Didn’t fly KLM because they cancelled our flight August 31st. Delta was our airline on. Direct flight from Frankfurt to Detroit. Departed early, arrived earlier than expected.
The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.
The airport crew helped a lot, what I didn’t like? We were not informed that we needed to pick our luggage’s, if the crew at the luggage center didn’t tell me I would have been home without my belongings, I was heading out to my next connecting flight while looking for what gate to go to, I asked one of the crews for help, he told me and he also told me to not forget to grab my luggage’s which was chocking, because on my way out the country that wasn’t required, I just hope none of your customers lost their luggage’s because of this.
It was beautiful easy and smooth experience. Thank you. Will definitely get Delta for my next travel.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
Crew was very helpful with mobility assistance from end to end. Very caring.
Late flight caused a missed connection, had to be put on a later international flight without my requested vegan meal.
Like all flights, the seats are small and not comfortable. My first leg was delayed but delta rebooked 2nd leg so my arrival at final destination was only 2 hours later than original flight.
Dovevo prendere il volo da Atlanta a Buenos Aires alle 22 invece è stato sospeso senza nessun preavviso e rimandato al giorno dopo alle 9 del mattino, i parenti che mi attendevano all'aeroporto sono dovuti andare in albergo e non ho avuto nessun risarcimento danni. Ho mangiato al bar dell'aeroporto un piatto di d'insalata con 4 anelli di calamari col voucher di 30 dollari perché la cucina dell'albergo era chiusa ed ho dovuto pagarmi la bibita, 8 dollari per una birra, e anche la colazione del giorno dopo non compresa, deplorabile.
I was disappointed that paying nearly $5000 more for business class for two didn’t really get me any more than a larger seat which as the last row in cabin reclined only mildly and the foot supports were of minimal help and left no room under seat ahead for carton bag. Second, our checked luggage was lost and took us two long days and we’ll after midnight each of them and multiple calls and 30 euro trip to airport in person to finally get them. Would you do this again?
I bought premium economy tickets with a fully flexible fare, and made seats selection for me and my son: window and aisle. After checking in online, Lufthansa cancelled the seat assignment without informing me. As a result, my son and I were assigned mid-center row seats, in different rows. This ruined the trip.
The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.
That was the last time I booked Kayak. The connecting flight got canceled and the trouble shooting terrible. Next times, I will book the airlines directly. Good bye
I want to highlight the crew members and their excellent work and professionalism. They work hard to make a long trip the most comfortable as possible, the food and drinks they offer are pretty good. And they are always asking if you need something else. I have had experiences with other airlines where you have to basically beg for a bottle of water. This is not the case. Highly recommended!!!
Was terri le experience with gate lufthansa personal at Frakfurt.
It was timely boarding, well organized. The food was weird in a flight to Buenos Aires. I felt as if I were flying to Asia because of the chicken teriyaki. In my section flight attendants spoke only German and English. I wondered why no Spanish speaker was hired for a flight to Latam. In that Lufthansa needs to be more customer oriented. Compared to other airlines the four seat in the middle is less comfortable. That said, staff was polite and efficient, the entertainment system worked well. It was ultimately a peaceful, well organized and safe flight. Thank you !
Like: friendliness of crew, accessible water upon request, quality in general Dislike: No mask requirements on board or airport, should be changed back to mandatory mask wearing fire everyone above 5 years of age.
Seats were comfortable with plenty of luggage storage and legroom.
Caos en el aeropuerto, nadie sabe donde se va a sentar, reasignan asientos a último momento, no respetan que se haya elegido asiento con anticipación incluso pagado un asiento de mejor categoría , el personal fue muy amable
