Worst airline I’ve ever been on. Would not recommend to anyone no matter the cost.
Payd for long seats for our parents and because they don’t speak English fluent they have moved them. Absolutely scam!

Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.

One hour delay, landed at midnight, my hotel did not accept late check in after midnight. I had to pay for another accomodation last minute after I landed. Wizzair customer support did not reply when I asked for alternative accomodation. Very poor experience overall.
I was disappointed that paying nearly $5000 more for business class for two didn’t really get me any more than a larger seat which as the last row in cabin reclined only mildly and the foot supports were of minimal help and left no room under seat ahead for carton bag. Second, our checked luggage was lost and took us two long days and we’ll after midnight each of them and multiple calls and 30 euro trip to airport in person to finally get them. Would you do this again?
I bought premium economy tickets with a fully flexible fare, and made seats selection for me and my son: window and aisle. After checking in online, Lufthansa cancelled the seat assignment without informing me. As a result, my son and I were assigned mid-center row seats, in different rows. This ruined the trip.
The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.
That was the last time I booked Kayak. The connecting flight got canceled and the trouble shooting terrible. Next times, I will book the airlines directly. Good bye
I want to highlight the crew members and their excellent work and professionalism. They work hard to make a long trip the most comfortable as possible, the food and drinks they offer are pretty good. And they are always asking if you need something else. I have had experiences with other airlines where you have to basically beg for a bottle of water. This is not the case. Highly recommended!!!

Like: friendliness of crew, accessible water upon request, quality in general Dislike: No mask requirements on board or airport, should be changed back to mandatory mask wearing fire everyone above 5 years of age.
Missed the flight due to delays, waited hours for someone to finally do something to help, get on a flight 10 hours later only to have the plane deviate to Greece and made us spend the night in Greece and get on a flight the next day. It was a 3 day trip and the worst experience of traveling we've ever been through.
Entertainment is nonexistent. Food might have been good, however due to language barriers I didn’t get to have any food. Flat bed seats and layout was excellent. Crew efficient and straightforward, but lacking any western style approach. Not that I’d expect anything else, but one could have hoped.
Flight took very long to even get checked in for, everything was late and written out by hand. My luggage was lost for several days and it was the most unorganized flight experience of my life.

Plane was old. Seats were hard and very close together. No in flight entertainment.
This was my connection flight that was moved time ahead for a almost entire day so I lost it and I had to purchase new ticket once I landed in Copenhagen since nobody wanted to take responsibility for moving flight in that way so it’s impossible to make it. Very poor job by Underpricer, Air Serbia and SAS.
I purchased an exit row seat and priority boarding, about 3 months in advance. Without any communication whatsoever, my seat was moved to row 2, when I checked my reservation 2-3 days before departure. As no exit row seats were available anymore, I selected a seat 1C. However, once at the airport, I was issued maybe the worst possible seat, 29E, middle seat, one row before the last. It is not worth my time to request the refund on the ancillary purchase, I am simply done flying with Air Serbia. Also there was no boarding process to speak of at all, or online check in.
To be honest, it was a fair flight, nothing more, nothing less. Since the route is short, I can accept poor in-flight service. The Belgrade airport is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction, which may result in some minor disruptions, but progress is expected to be made within the foreseeable future.
Omg my flight was delayed from 4pm to 9:45 pm with no explanation- that is ridiculous
They didnt let me do the check in online. That was terrible cause I was coming from another country,so I had to go oit the airport and go un again through controls. They Also made me pay more for my bag which was very light. And the personal was not so nice.
