Clean modern comfortable. Food could have been better, I only ate breakfast I wish they wouldn’t wake sleeping passengers who would rather sleep through dinner. No tea or coffee for breakfast
The flight crew was phenominal! We couldn't have asked for any better. They were experienced professionals.

The overall operation needs to be improved. The in-flight services took forever and sometimes ran out of options.
Agents at gate were not immediately available to solve problems and once they did they didn’t fix all the fight connections
We used Kayak to reserve our tickets and specifically checked the luggage option which was a more expensive option. When we arrived at the terminal we had to pay an extra $90 per suitcase for the three passengers. This has been a pattern for the past 3 years. Why charge for a more expensive luggage option, and the ticket price not include luggage?
The service was very good and the flight was super smooth. The seats could have been more comfortable for the price.

United has maintenance issues and can then never recover. No operations ability and simple issues always turn into multiple hours long cascading delays. Worst airline on earth.
Check in was chaotic with only one counter for business class and first class. The luggage conveyor belt at JFK airport was broken so the flight departure was delayed which made the flight stressful as I had a tight connection. Although the captain said they could make up the delay, they didn’t do so.
Friendliest Flight Attendant I’ve seen since I flew on Southwest Airlines. The whole trip was outstanding…and arrived Early!
I didn’t have a seat assignment and my seat was very dirty on the flight from Frankfurt to Budapest.
Food was surprisingly delicious. Space in the seat is horrible when the seating front is reclined. Movie offerings were terrible. Crew was friendly and helpful.
Food was bad, and they used plastic for everything. For the amount we spent, it felt cheap and as if they were doing us a favor. They need to focus on true user delight, like other airlines such as Emirates, Cathay Pacific, and KLM do, and go above and beyond in terms of cabin facilities and passenger amenities (Earbuds, pillows, blankets were just cheap and completely useless)

We upgraded to business class. First time on Air Canada business class and they ran out of the better prawn dinner and we got chicken. Beds not as good as on Quantas
Terrible customer service at gate in Frankfurt. We were promised a shuttle to connecting flight and a wheelchair at the gate. Neither happened. Gate agent told us to go away to the service center. Zero help. Rude.
Personnel was very polite! Food from Frankfurt to Vancouver was very good!
lufthansa flights are consistently fully booked and they strongly discourage carry-on luggage, making many passengers gate check

Flight was in business class on an older Lufthansa 747. Business class seats definitely old style. Flight attendants were a little curt but attentive. Movie choices did not include anything that would be considered new releases.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
Very efficient and excellent service. Nice amenities and beautiful plane. Elevated meals. Boarding could have been more organized. We missed our connecting flight due to EU entry but Lufthansa was extremely quick to rebook us.
Aircraft had fairly roomy seats on economy. Food was good (beef dinner).
Broken seat did not recline fully, broken footrest, no air vents, no electricity for charging devices, outlets for headphones or isb did not work. Rude crew. Horrible experience. Would never fly Lufthansa again

It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Lufthansa was horrible for disabled folks. My wife had hell of a time making it to the flight in Frankfurt. The airlines is not at all caring to the disabled. If that were in USA I would have sued the airline for not meeting the disability Act clause. No way we are going to go in Lufthansa again. Hari S Doss
The Discover flight from TPA to FRA was exceptionally unprofessional and incompetent in organization. First the entertainment system was completely nonfunctional for the entire plane and no competent IT support to fix. Than they could not serve any coffee or tea because they ran out of water - reflecting the exceptionally incompetent management at Discovery and most embarrassing for Lufthansa and a German airline, more like a third world country. The food was mediocre at best and minimalistic for Discover, particularly with the much higher standards at Lufthansa.
Lufthansa's Miami International counter folks are very strict on carry-on weight. Can't be greater than 8 kg otherwise they force you to check it for a fee. Bags came out at baggage claim as soon as we arrived to that location (it is a far walk from arrival gate to bag pickup). We do travel with Lufthansa domestically and enjoy every trip.
My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
Very good crew, enough space between seats, very good food! Captain of this plane was incredible, quietly and safe fly!
The security check between our connecting flights at Frankfurt was a cluster. Horrible quality control with everyone cutting the line. We were in line for over an hour. Condor was nice enough to keep the gate open for us but it was incredibly stressful with two elderly women.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
I had pre-booked a seat but when I checked in it was not assigned to me. I spoke to the agent upon arrival and was upgraded to Economy Plus, which was fantastic.

Condor is a good and affordable airline. Make sure to leave a two hour window if transferring internationally through Frankfurt.
One of the bathrooms was out of order, I paid $20 for the WiFi and it worked 20% of the time. And when it worked., it didn’t work well. The seats were tight, but that is something that cannot change. The flight was smooth but to know fault of the crew, the flight was delayed an hour leaving sfo. The crew was polite yet efficient.

Horrible boarding set up on all flights (necessary to take a bus to the plane each time??) So cramped and they gave no water/drinks/food. Short flight, I know, but that’s cheap!!!
Condor is a very good airline. If you’re transferring in Frankfurt, make sure to allow at least two hours in case your flight is delayed. You’ll also need to go through passport control and then go back through security to get on your next flight, so a window of 2+ hours is needed just in case.
The attendants were nice, but I was freezing the entire nine hours and so cramped. Please provide more blankets or make it known how to borrow a blanket for such a long flight. Even in already expensive economy class, people really need a bit more leg room and two more inches between seats to comfortably fly for 9 hours. Our family works very hard, but the extra expense of economy plus is just not in a lot of customer's budgets, and we still want to fly in equal peace and comfort. Please create future aircrafts that reveal reasonable care for us, the cramped- to- death customers more than the question of "how can we jam a few more human beings into this already cramped flight to impress our higher ups making a few more dollars. It's just Wrong. People need a reasonable amount of leg room and a blanket when the airline attendant said the extreme air conditioning could not be turned off. The food was tasty, but a bit more protein and less fluff would be appreciated. Thank you.
