Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.

The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.

It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.

Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

The very best airline service I have experienced. Better than domestic airlines first class and I flew Economy Plus!

It was great. Expect that we left a bottle of whiskey which was a present for someone in the overhead bin and when we called the airline to see if they found it they told us we need to talk to the airport lost and found. We told them we called them and they said the airline is responsible for that but the airline kept saying it’s the airport. We told the airline agent on the phone that we want to speak to the manager and she did that the manager will call us the next day and that never happened. So please do better with this in the future. We use Discover a lot and we pay business class tickets and the lack of assistance on this matter is just not great customer service.

just ok flight flight from Athens to Munich....slightly delayed departure but we made the next flight ok.

Boarding was 2 hours late and then we were delayed another 5 hours on the tarmac. I'm sure the crew were also tired, but some of them were rather snappy. The special dinner I ordered was not served, and they only served a tapas box on takeoff and breakfast before landing. That was disappointing in premium economy. However United was good at rebooking my connecting flight.

We paid extra to check our bags ($90*2=$180) but our luggage remained in Frankfurt. VERY DISAPPOINTED as we were promised that our luggage would go to our destination. We had to pay 90€ to take a taxi back to the airport in Split the next day to get our bags so we would not miss our next step on our trip. We think we should be reimbursed for our checked bags. How can we coordinate this?

With discover in general was very good but from Munich yo Palermo was poor

Staff and flight attendants were very polite. Flight was smooth. My seat on the plane was a bit broken so it would not stay in upright position but it was fine for the most part.

Lufthansa automatically rebooked my wife and I when weather dalays interrupted scheduled flights, then got us adjacent seats.

Flight was delayed 2.5 hours. Planes cabin was very warm and uncomfortable
