Emirates need to improve the boarding process. There is no point calling for all First and Business Class passengers plus Platinum, Gold and Silver Skywards members at one time. Further to this, try channeling all these people into one entry point with no defined lines. It was chaos. The is a common issue on the Dubai to Riyadh flight. Poor effort Emirates.
One of the female staff from the cabin crew, forgot to ask us about what we want to drink and focused more on other specific people rather than treating everyone politely. I asked her about the drinks to which she said oh I forgot.
We arrived in line for check in at 6:15 p.m. but did not check in until 8:00 p.m. The line for economy check in was very long, and all of the desks 03-13 were not open, although most of them opened sporadically. The crew on board were very nice and helpful, friendly and kind. It has been many years since we flew Emirates (at least 17 years), and we notice that foot rests are no longer available in economy, but we were lucky enough to fly in the upper deck and appreciate your opening some of your flights to economy passengers in the upper deck. We will definitely fly on emirates more often! Thank you.
Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane
More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
Emirates is good airlines. But there plane seats were very small and congested. Need to little good and big seats in economy class.
First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.
The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.
My parents travelled through emirates for the first time. They were happy with the service provided and the travel.
Slow boarding, late departure and arrival. Very good crew and free messaging over WiFi but outdated electronics and seats

At the boarding gate, passengers were offered the option of checking in their carry-on luggage, as the plane was full. However, they failed to specify that they would not be dropping it off at the exit. Instead, everyone had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport carousel, and to everyone's surprise, not even the carry-on luggage, but the checked luggage, was the first to arrive. An hour later, we finally collected our bags. Lesson learned: I will never check my carry-on luggage with Swiss Air / Helvetic Airways again.
Zürich to Boston was great. Nice to Zurich was not bad
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

Far above average. The level of quality and service has really improved and passed most US carriers on this route. Go Edelweiss!
SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.
They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.

As always, Lufthansa checked my carry-on luggage, even though I was in front of the line. No other airline in the world does this. It's so annoying and unnecessary. There was enough space for it in the overhead bin. It's a TUMI Continental Carry-On. If you have the chance, rather fly easyJet or Condor on this route.
Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.
3 4 3 seats are cruel, the average person should be able to fit in the seats and this was not the case. I was at an angle for hours just to remain in my seat .
This was a "cattle car" flight loaded with the tightest seats I've ever flown internationally. I will try hard never to fly Discover Airlines again.
Lost our luggage, now two days and four $30 each taxi trips to airport and long lines in taxi queue because Lufthansa didn’t get it right, by not recognizing new delays between flights caused byEU new lengthy crossing requirements for non EU travelers, so luggage lost because traditionally methodical and orderly Germans not paying attention.
The flight on time, flawless check in and boarding process, the crew was very friendly.
It is ridiculous that Lufthansa weighs your carry-on bags. It's also ridiculous how strict they are about the 50 pound rule when you're flying overseas for nearly 3 weeks. The reality is, that if you book a business or first class ticket you get a $70 luggage allowance. It's bullshit that it's not about safety. It's not about regulation. It's about money. And that pisses me off. Furthermore, under price, which I assume was the travel consolidator for my ticket sold me some bullshit ticket that did not include to check luggage. What a bunch of nonsense. That's a scam. There shouldn't even be a ticket offered to Europe without checked luggage. I don't know how most people are, but now I'm gonna be very skeptical about using KAYAK again and flying Lufthansa. I think maybe it's best I just booked with the airline directly.

Flight was delayed by 40min and when we eventually boarded, there was a mad scramble to save time. We were told no hand luggage would be accepted and it must be checked in. I was on a connect flight so wanted my hand luggage with me for the next flight. They were so rude at the gate and didn’t want to let me take my cabin-approved bag on board. I had to go buy a bag and transfer the essentials to take into the double connect flight. Once I was on board I saw there was ample space in overhead bins. I asked to go fetch my bag which was literally outside the aircraft in the walkway. That was not allowed. On board, Lufthansa is actually a low-cost airline for continental flights. Buy your own snacks. This surprised me because they are part of Star Alliance Airlines and on my domestic flight with SAA I received a drink and a snack box with sandwich and dried fruit on a 55min flight. The seat pitch on Lufthansa is also smaller than for the Middle Eastern and Asian airlines so comfort was not great for me who is 1,85cm tall. The third connection with SAA was a dream - friendly staff, quick and easy boarding and overall pleasant experience.
You did not give me any refund or allow me to transfer my flight to another date when I couldn't take my flight. I lost 100% of our ticket price. I will never travel with you again unless you make good on refunding or allowing me to transfer the ticket cost to another Condor flight. I couldn't take my flight because we had a very sick cat who required surgery for a potentially fatal condition and who possibly had to be put down. The cat is a member of our family and we assessed we needed to be home, in part because we didn't want to leave our 2 children with the decision to put the cat down.
The flights & staffs were great. However, Frankfurt passport control was terrible: long line, unsupportive airport staff, I would have missed the flight to SFO had not my fellow travelers let me get to the head of the line. An hour and 40 min connection time is way too optimistic for getting into (out of) Schengen area. A 3 hour layover time would be safer but not without some stress.
Crew and seats were ok. Food was just simply terrible.
The flight was fine, only issue my friend had was how small the seats were, it's a 10 hour flight so it becomes a bit of an issue when you're sort of cramped.
Based on some reviews, my expectations were low. I must say, the experience in Premium Economy was terrific. Comfortable seat, food was good and service was consistently good. I would certainly consider Condor again.
Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.
The worst experience with an airline in my 50 years of flying.
The flight left 1.5 hours late but there was no information about the delay. My business class cabinet had two small children who cried much of the trip. Service seemed rushed.
I didn't like breakfast, I prefer plain rolls with butter.
Part of our luggage was lost and we had to wait 48 hours before receiving it. Also someone had to wait in the hotel to get it!!! Frustrating & disappointing
