To get to jet blue at JFK from any connecting flight you have to go through security again.
Flight got cancelled for good (apparently due to jet fuel concerns), and we had to re-book to Hannover, Germany instead.
The prices and many to choose from: Very unfriendly unprofessional and difficult staff and lacked English skills. Had the pleasure to go to Istanbul in 2022 but went on Jordan Airlines and found Turkey a wonderful place with kind people. The experience as a first time flyer on Turkish Airlines was so disappointing that received not to go into Turkey was so upset about this cruel treatment

Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sat in 16A in the row in front of us. We understood that she was a Turkish Airlines employee from her interaction with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business but was sitting in economy with us. What annoyed us was the extremely loud conversation she had for the majority of the 12 hour flight with two men, one of which was leaning over the chair in front of her. This was annoying as they were so loud that my wife and I could still hear them despite wearing our noise cancelling earphones. No intervention was taken by the cabin crew. Secondly, she ordered some extra meals from the crew, which we believe to have come from business class, for her male friends. Seeing this in economy is very disheartening. Lastly, one of her male friends pulled out an e-cigarette and was only mildly reprimanded by the cabin crew. Overall, we consider this behaviour completely inappropriate of a Turkish Airlines employee. Next time we will book with Emirites, I don’t think that their employees would be allowed to behave in this manner.
I paid for reserved seats but didn't got them at all
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.
I requested a special meal (kosher) several months ahead of the flight . It was listed on the Turkish air website that I had a kosher meal. In-flight, there was no kosher meal. I was not able to eat during the nearly 8-hour flight. There also was no kosher meal on the second leg of the trip. The flight attendants said there was nothing they could do. They had no idea why the kosher meal was not provided. Very bad meal service.

The Boeing 737 MAX on this route, flown in the middle of the night, is an UTTER FAILURE for business travellers. The whole point of business travel is to arrive alert and recover from travel quickly, and this little aeroplane with its quarter recline uncomfortable business seats does nothing for that. It’s a small step up from economy in that you have decent legroom, but that’s it. Absolute margin at the cost of the traveller.

I like the leg room. I did not like the plane from Chicago to Addis. It was dirty and smelly and toilet area filthy. My screen was not working and kept saying loading. The plane from Addis to Harare was clean , more modern and food looked much fresher and tasted better. Boarding at Addis was a nightmare, long queues and lots of confusion,International space has no seating are and one is standing all the time.

Flight was smooth but unnecessary long because we had to refuel at FCO Rome. Air hostesses service and response to call light could be better. Both planes were old with broken seat arms and toilets. Why Africans had to be given the farthest Gates is what baffles me and why we have to pay for Aisle seats I found really strange. Is there ever an end to ripping people off even after paying over $2300 for one seat.

As always, Lufthansa checked my carry-on luggage, even though I was in front of the line. No other airline in the world does this. It's so annoying and unnecessary. There was enough space for it in the overhead bin. It's a TUMI Continental Carry-On. If you have the chance, rather fly easyJet or Condor on this route.
Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.
3 4 3 seats are cruel, the average person should be able to fit in the seats and this was not the case. I was at an angle for hours just to remain in my seat .
This was a "cattle car" flight loaded with the tightest seats I've ever flown internationally. I will try hard never to fly Discover Airlines again.
Lost our luggage, now two days and four $30 each taxi trips to airport and long lines in taxi queue because Lufthansa didn’t get it right, by not recognizing new delays between flights caused byEU new lengthy crossing requirements for non EU travelers, so luggage lost because traditionally methodical and orderly Germans not paying attention.
The flight on time, flawless check in and boarding process, the crew was very friendly.
It is ridiculous that Lufthansa weighs your carry-on bags. It's also ridiculous how strict they are about the 50 pound rule when you're flying overseas for nearly 3 weeks. The reality is, that if you book a business or first class ticket you get a $70 luggage allowance. It's bullshit that it's not about safety. It's not about regulation. It's about money. And that pisses me off. Furthermore, under price, which I assume was the travel consolidator for my ticket sold me some bullshit ticket that did not include to check luggage. What a bunch of nonsense. That's a scam. There shouldn't even be a ticket offered to Europe without checked luggage. I don't know how most people are, but now I'm gonna be very skeptical about using KAYAK again and flying Lufthansa. I think maybe it's best I just booked with the airline directly.

Flight was delayed by 40min and when we eventually boarded, there was a mad scramble to save time. We were told no hand luggage would be accepted and it must be checked in. I was on a connect flight so wanted my hand luggage with me for the next flight. They were so rude at the gate and didn’t want to let me take my cabin-approved bag on board. I had to go buy a bag and transfer the essentials to take into the double connect flight. Once I was on board I saw there was ample space in overhead bins. I asked to go fetch my bag which was literally outside the aircraft in the walkway. That was not allowed. On board, Lufthansa is actually a low-cost airline for continental flights. Buy your own snacks. This surprised me because they are part of Star Alliance Airlines and on my domestic flight with SAA I received a drink and a snack box with sandwich and dried fruit on a 55min flight. The seat pitch on Lufthansa is also smaller than for the Middle Eastern and Asian airlines so comfort was not great for me who is 1,85cm tall. The third connection with SAA was a dream - friendly staff, quick and easy boarding and overall pleasant experience.
You did not give me any refund or allow me to transfer my flight to another date when I couldn't take my flight. I lost 100% of our ticket price. I will never travel with you again unless you make good on refunding or allowing me to transfer the ticket cost to another Condor flight. I couldn't take my flight because we had a very sick cat who required surgery for a potentially fatal condition and who possibly had to be put down. The cat is a member of our family and we assessed we needed to be home, in part because we didn't want to leave our 2 children with the decision to put the cat down.
The flights & staffs were great. However, Frankfurt passport control was terrible: long line, unsupportive airport staff, I would have missed the flight to SFO had not my fellow travelers let me get to the head of the line. An hour and 40 min connection time is way too optimistic for getting into (out of) Schengen area. A 3 hour layover time would be safer but not without some stress.
Crew and seats were ok. Food was just simply terrible.
The flight was fine, only issue my friend had was how small the seats were, it's a 10 hour flight so it becomes a bit of an issue when you're sort of cramped.
Based on some reviews, my expectations were low. I must say, the experience in Premium Economy was terrific. Comfortable seat, food was good and service was consistently good. I would certainly consider Condor again.
Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.
The worst experience with an airline in my 50 years of flying.
The flight left 1.5 hours late but there was no information about the delay. My business class cabinet had two small children who cried much of the trip. Service seemed rushed.
I didn't like breakfast, I prefer plain rolls with butter.
Part of our luggage was lost and we had to wait 48 hours before receiving it. Also someone had to wait in the hotel to get it!!! Frustrating & disappointing

L'enregistrement des bagages ne s'est pas bien passé. Nous avions 6 bagages à main et un bagage en soute de 23 kg. L'employée en charge d'enregistrer nos bagages nous a déclaré qu'elle ne retrouvait pas l'achat de notre bagage en soute et nous demandait de payer une nouvelle fois le bagage en soute pour pouvoir l'enregistrer. Après près d'une heure de vérification, elle a fini par retrouver l'enregistrement de notre bagage et nous avons pu embarquer. Nous étions en famille avec 4 enfants dont une petite fille de 3 ans. L'attente était interminable. Aucune excuse de la part des employés de Tunisair

Hours of delay after boarding and closing the door before departure without enough explanation
Given the horrible reviews for Tunisair I was just hoping that I would get to Tunis and home. I did, with delay, but, for the price (about half the other options and the only direct flight) I considered that it was a good choice and actually quite high on the price-performance curve. While the cabin looks threadbare, the main problem for comfort was that the toilet doors did not properly close and one toilet was unavailable and remaining toilet became completely filthy ... I mean excrement all over the toilet. Really disgusting. The flight to Tunis was two hours late, and the schedule showed a departure one hour earlier than what turned out to be the actual scheduled departure, something I could only find out the day before the flight by continual checking. The return flight was just one hour late, I was delighted ! Fortunately, I had planned my activities to expect, in the best case, late flights, so I was happy with what I got. Staff are not bubbling over charm but I thought service was perfectly adequate, the food was perfectly eatable. Despite good marks for boarding, that is only once you get to the gate, in Tunis it is pretty bad, and despite being able to get an e-ticket they don't accept them at security so you have to wait in the line to check-in with baggage even if you don't have baggage. But that isn't Tunisair's fault.
