I like all the Support that I have received during my flight.
Flight cancelled at last time 3h before and it was unforgettable because we have working engagement and we need to go home. Im very disappointed for this flight
They flew us to Zurich and have us layover there for a night with very last minutes notice, so we had to wait at the airport for 6hrs.

No SMS receiver for the check-in, obliged to do again the check-in for the corresponding flight
even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.
I love Air France. This was another great experience despite a slight delay in the departure. The time was made up on flight. I would take AirFrance again when traveling to the far East. Merci beaucoup.
The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.
The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.
I wish that the meal included a vegetable or even a salad instead of couscous! Why serve chicken with rice AND couscous? Service was good overall though a bit lacking in friendliness. Usually on air france I've been offered a glass of champagne before dinner, wine with dinner, and a digestif after dinner. We were only offered wine this time!
The plane was old Only 3 bathrooms available for economy The entertainment was old and the selection was poor
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.
Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable
No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.
On time arrivals and departure, good in flight entertainment, courteous flight attendants, decent meals, reasonable seat space
No choice of food was given, and I was served leftovers, so they were returned back. the crew is unfriendly and harsh. Need to be trained on communication.
Zürich-NY part of the trip was really good! Enjoyed professionalism and courtesy of the crew, comfort and cleanliness of the aircraft.
Everything was fairly easy just hard when you get to Heathrow not know your Gate number until an hour before but otherwise really everything great. Did not get my texts in time though to do me any good but that is why I still like everything the old fashioned way and print everything out.
It was great. My seat was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean . The service was superb . I travel a lot and I have been in 64 counties. I wish I could fly first class, even though I could , but I prefer to budget my yearly travelling expense on actual visiting , not on flight. Anyway, my point is that your economy was far much better than other airlines as good as Air France. The flight attendants and all crew were polite and very helpful and respectful. Thank you for making my long trip tolerable.
-Swiss airlines online check in app crashed multiple times -Zurich airport does not have very many bathrooms accessible to people with disabilities - closest disability accessible bathroom to departure gate was 1/4 mile away.
For the price of the ticket it's probably the best service in the world
It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.

Cancelled with no notification and no assistance from ground staff re options or rebooking, where to stay or how we could get home to LHR.
It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !
nice and clean plane but the seats and the comfort was not what i expected. i expected more based on all the ads and reviews that i've read. I guess you get what you pay for in economy.
It was pleasant except for the boarding at Istanbul and long wait for the wheel chair almost missed the flight Itambul to Dubai
The ac did not work and the plane was deployed for the AC BUT IT NEVER WORKED. I have high blood pressure and I was SWEATING AND NEARLY PASSED OUT. Do better.
The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.
The internet was not working during the 10 hour. This situation was known by the cabin crew before the flight. If so, information should be given to passangers. Some people should work during the flight.
It was good. Turkish Airlines is one of the best airlines companies. I like a lot to travel with them
Sadly, the plane was extremely old and uncomfortable. The entertainment system broke down completely. We couldn't even charge our phones. The seats were also very uncomfortable, with a very slim seat cushion. It must be the result of having 9 seats where there used to be 8.
Our plane transfer in Instanbul was too tight. Our flight into Instanbul was 30 minutes late and by the time we got off of the gateway to the terminal they were already calling last call for our next flight whos gate was in a total different terminal. We had to run thru the airport and I have mobility issues. I do not recommend offering flight packages with this tight of a transfer schedule.

Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.
Great crew. Food was better than average, including hot meals and warm cookies. Flight was smooth and we were kept informed of turbulence.
Boarding, comfort, food/drinks, entertainment and most of all an extremely courteous and friendly group of flight attendants made my 12 hour flight an absolute joy!
Staff was nice. Plane was new and clean. The food/sandwich was horrible. Absolutely disgusting for a four hour flight. I’d rather not get anything.
Our flight was canceled for unknownreqson and we had to wait for another 7 houres to get the next flight
Entertainment and a mobile charger are essential on the plane. We accepted the small plane, but at least we wanted to be comfortable while traveling.
Flight Attendant was a little rude when I told her how can I order the Lufthansa bear from the onboard shopping? She told me didn't I see them come through the cabin, I said no because I was in the restroom. she looked at me, and told me that she will come back to me, and "never" did. I told her that I have rang my call light 4 times, and no one came to see my order.
The vegetarian curry was very good. Would be better to have a smoother way to get boarding passes.
The first meal was actually quite great! The pasta dish was prepared nicely and had great flavor. The second meal… pretty gross. The sandwich was soggy and the combination of tastes was somewhere between confusing and just plain weird.
