The flight was delayed and the service was not good. All the new serve was beef and we don’t eat beef so we ended up buying our own meals at the airport twice.
Warm staff, very responsive service. Well furnished cabin and comfortable seat and amenities. Excellent onboard wifi connection and very large comfortable restrooms.
Emirates is superb service. The A380 was very comfortable. The cabin crew is really helpful
The boarding process was smooth and the stewardesses were nice. Some delays with drinks at the end of the flight, but no issues.

Very good!! If at all, the business class chair/bed was bit small!! It’s because of older plane- as was told!
First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.
Inexperienced e crew, no personal greeting for gold member, not the same emirates service that I know. I take this flight almost weekly
Over all good service but from Dubai to Delhi horrible service. Not happy
I upgraded to first which was great and overall was a good experience. However, the service was a slight let down this time compared to what I would have expected from Emirates First. I ordered my meals and made a point to order the wine I wanted to have with the main course. The main course somehow came before my starter and I decided not to make a fuss of it and just asked for the wine so that I can enjoy it with the steak. It took quite a few minutes before the wrong wine came which I pointed out. At this point I decided to start eating as medium rare steak (the way I like it) was going to get cold . Few minutes later, a different crew came with the same incorrect wine and I had to send it back and waited another few minutes. Both crew came together few minutes later finally with the correct wine. By then I was more than half way through my steak which is rather unfortunate because the steak was good and and wine was good. Would have been perfect to enjoy them together . They were apologetic and when I mentioned that she had forgotten about my starter, she apologised and insisted that she will make it for me even if it’s just to try. They were nice about it all but so many mistakes for a rare experience in First was disappointing and this flight was paid for not miles redemption, even the upgrade.
Without a doubt, my “customer service” experience with SWISS was the worst of my life. Multiple disconnections in conversations, very cold and indifferent staff, failure to follow up with promised status updates — simply put, T. H. E. W. O. R. S. T. A full week later, and I am STILL waiting to hear from them. Never again for me with SWISS. Disgraceful.
No food was served on this short flight and we had no entertainment. Please add a box to check. We were served delicious Swiss chocolate though! The boarding process was fast and the crew very friendly.
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles

The plan was delayed for takeoff by an hour, but we ended up making the landing on time which was a nice surprise.
My luggage did not make the connection and 4 days later I still have not received it.

Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.
There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.
Food was terrible. Bamboo utensils are just not working out. A lot of plastic waste. Pillows and blankets were not good, a lot of static electricity. Crew did their job well.
The crew could deploy more customer focus and not frown when asked a question. I’m speaking of one lady in particular who raised a hand in my face for me to wait whe I tried to ask a question and never came back to me. Very unprofessional and rude.
They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.
Lufthansa crew both on the ground and in the sky were wonderful. I booked wheelchair service for all of our flights and it was handled perfectly. Kudos to all at Lufthansa.
Very efficient and excellent service. Nice amenities and beautiful plane. Elevated meals. Boarding could have been more organized. We missed our connecting flight due to EU entry but Lufthansa was extremely quick to rebook us.
Boarding was very good, crew attentive and friendly, seat size comfy, screen size nice. However, the seatbelt segment with the buckle is extremely short, which made fastening the seatbelt very complicated. Moreover, the bluetooth pairing of the audio system didn't work. It was not possible to have proper audio. The flight info software didn't work, too.

The plane delay due to a poor judgement of the pilot. It was the only flight that got delay due to fog.
Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.
I missed the connection because the other flight was 1 hour late I had to take the train
