It was really nice journey i personally recommend klm flight
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.

This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.
The ground staff were not as friendly and nice to the passengers as the air crew. Flight attendants, cockpit crew were great and very nice to everyone on board.
Annoying that we had to go to departures and get boarding passes. Should allow us to be booked all the way through, this is the only airline i have this problem with in MEX. Late boarding and take off

Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico

The counter person at the gate was rude and demeaning, to the point that I wouldn't fly this airline again.
In Barcelona had to descend from the aircraft down the steps with heavy bags, and then get on a crowded bus to the terminal
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
Boarding was conducted in a confusing manner as no boarding group was displayed on my boarding pass and group calls were inaudible. Flight was delayed due to oil issues and loading issues. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for bags at baggage claim.
