The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!
The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.
Great flight because I upgraded to Premium Comfort. Made a huge difference in the experience.

just ok flight flight from Athens to Munich....slightly delayed departure but we made the next flight ok.
Boarding was 2 hours late and then we were delayed another 5 hours on the tarmac. I'm sure the crew were also tired, but some of them were rather snappy. The special dinner I ordered was not served, and they only served a tapas box on takeoff and breakfast before landing. That was disappointing in premium economy. However United was good at rebooking my connecting flight.
We paid extra to check our bags ($90*2=$180) but our luggage remained in Frankfurt. VERY DISAPPOINTED as we were promised that our luggage would go to our destination. We had to pay 90€ to take a taxi back to the airport in Split the next day to get our bags so we would not miss our next step on our trip. We think we should be reimbursed for our checked bags. How can we coordinate this?
With discover in general was very good but from Munich yo Palermo was poor
Staff and flight attendants were very polite. Flight was smooth. My seat on the plane was a bit broken so it would not stay in upright position but it was fine for the most part.
Lufthansa automatically rebooked my wife and I when weather dalays interrupted scheduled flights, then got us adjacent seats.

Agents at gate were not immediately available to solve problems and once they did they didn’t fix all the fight connections
We used Kayak to reserve our tickets and specifically checked the luggage option which was a more expensive option. When we arrived at the terminal we had to pay an extra $90 per suitcase for the three passengers. This has been a pattern for the past 3 years. Why charge for a more expensive luggage option, and the ticket price not include luggage?
It’s got the tightest seats of any airline - my knees were smashed for 3 hours - absolutely awful.
A more organized boarding experience and better food would have made the experience better.
I paid for a window seat to be able to rest against it and there was a big gap between the seat and the window like I was in an aisle. Also, whenever the person in front reclined their seat, the TV screen would be too low and in a weird angle. It feels like they’re crushing my little space.
A friendlier and more helpful crew would have been much better.
Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country
Iberia canceled then rescheduled the first leg of this flight three weeks before my trip left on May 11. I had to cancel and get a refund. And scramble to find a different flight through a travel agency flying on United. And Kayak , you’ve been writing me ever since as if I’m still on this original flight! Pretty scary you have no way of knowing what has befallen your customers! I will never buy plane tix from you again!
Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate
it would good to have at least something to drink...

This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
