I did not use entertainment on board, so, cannot really evaluate. the flight was fine.
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat
Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
Good flight with KLM, friendly staff. Food was good, had much worse on other airlines. Selection of drinks also good enough for us. Entertainment was also good. The economy seats are ok and that’s it. For a 12 hour flight I think a little more comfort in the economy seats in pitch and softness would be highly appreciated by the customers and can makte the difference.
The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good
Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it
I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late
All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
Boarding was 2 hours late and then we were delayed another 5 hours on the tarmac. I'm sure the crew were also tired, but some of them were rather snappy. The special dinner I ordered was not served, and they only served a tapas box on takeoff and breakfast before landing. That was disappointing in premium economy. However United was good at rebooking my connecting flight.
We paid extra to check our bags ($90*2=$180) but our luggage remained in Frankfurt. VERY DISAPPOINTED as we were promised that our luggage would go to our destination. We had to pay 90€ to take a taxi back to the airport in Split the next day to get our bags so we would not miss our next step on our trip. We think we should be reimbursed for our checked bags. How can we coordinate this?
Staff and flight attendants were very polite. Flight was smooth. My seat on the plane was a bit broken so it would not stay in upright position but it was fine for the most part.
Lufthansa automatically rebooked my wife and I when weather dalays interrupted scheduled flights, then got us adjacent seats.
Agents at gate were not immediately available to solve problems and once they did they didn’t fix all the fight connections
We used Kayak to reserve our tickets and specifically checked the luggage option which was a more expensive option. When we arrived at the terminal we had to pay an extra $90 per suitcase for the three passengers. This has been a pattern for the past 3 years. Why charge for a more expensive luggage option, and the ticket price not include luggage?
The service was very good and the flight was super smooth. The seats could have been more comfortable for the price.

one of the flight attendants on the Dallas to frankfurt leg was somewhat rude..
United has maintenance issues and can then never recover. No operations ability and simple issues always turn into multiple hours long cascading delays. Worst airline on earth.
It’s got the tightest seats of any airline - my knees were smashed for 3 hours - absolutely awful.
Boarding was 2 1/2 late no explanation Captain said he did not know why, but he rested at home for an extra couple of hours. Food was edible, Nothing more.
I am very happy always when I fly with Iberia.
A friendlier and more helpful crew would have been much better.
This flight was rebooked from a missed connection 3 days before due to connecting flight cancelation. We had upgraded on our original flight but were assigned coach seats on this flight. BA could do nothing to upgrade us due to this flight being "overbooked" and "busy". We should have been rebooked in upgraded seats. Now we have to apply for a refund.
Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country
Some crew were very helpful. Could be better food choices. Should be more leg room even in economy.
Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
