The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.
Food was not great. Small seating area for business class
United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.
There was a little turbulence taking off and landing but mostly it was too late for me to make my connecting flight to Greensboro. Everything else was excellent.
The seats were very nice in premium economy. The service was good. The flight was slightly bumpy. Would have appreciated more updates from the pilots.

Deplaning was delayed because of Jetbridge equipment issues in MKE, causing an issue on an otherwise great flight.
Delays took 2hours and thirty minutes making me miss my connecting flight and make me sit in the Chicago airport for 9 hours
No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.
The wi-fi was awful. I paid $8 each way and got little , except frustration. .
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
We missed our flight. There was not enough time built into the layover to get through immigration, customs, bagclaim, bag rechecking, and the long trip to another terminal and gate. Kayak really screwed up. We took the bus up to Wisconsin and then were picked up in Brookfield by private car. It was lucky we didnt miss the last bus out.
Terrible. Had to go through customs and pick up our luggage. Then they said we couldn't make our connecting flight to MKE when we had 35min before takeoff. There were no other flights out on any airline so we would've had to spend the night at ORD. We were able to get a ride to MKE at our expense instead. Ridiculous that they would not allow us to try to make the flight, which we would have. Assuming rechecking the luggage was the problem. They should not have listed this as a viable connecting flight if there was no chance in making it. There was 4 people in our party.
Due to late arrival from prior flight, lost luggage, customs and travel to next terminal was not possible time. We missed our flight. We had to make other arrangements as we needed to get back.
