Bid process for upgrade is very frustrating. I was notified that I had won the bidding, then was told there was no seat available.
You cancelled my flight and didn't arrange another. Sent no info except YOUR FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. HERES WHAT TO DO NEXT. and the rest of the email was blank???
I feel the service staff do not treat American customers well. I also feel there may be discrimination against minorities.

I paid extra for our seats on the way coming back from Stockholm to New York the seats were changed and it was totally waved. This happened to three more passengers.
They cancelled our flight home less than 24 hours before it was supposed to leave. It partially ruined our last day because I was on the phone trying to get 5 people home and the stress that it causes. We still arrived at the airport with no definite flight plans. The actual flight was good but my kids really misses the kids meals I had ordered for them which obviously didn’t make it to the new flight.
Good and drinks could be better. My checked baggage was damaged
Food was underwhelming. One free coke, charged $$ for one wine. Last year one wine was included. And prices were much lower.
flight attendant spilled juice on me entertainment was limited i wanted to upgrade but $$$ was exorbitant i purchased $69 seat, only to find out day of flight/purchase never went through & I was "assigned" a terrible seat! ( btw another passenger complained of the same thing happening to her)
Seats could be more comfortable, food was plentiful and good.
There was a little turbulence taking off and landing but mostly it was too late for me to make my connecting flight to Greensboro. Everything else was excellent.
The seats were very nice in premium economy. The service was good. The flight was slightly bumpy. Would have appreciated more updates from the pilots.

Poor. Crew allowed children to run around and scream and disturb passanger’s seats.
Nothing also dont give to people that disgusting blanket and pilow.
It was fine. Flight was on time and arrived at destination with 15 min to spare.
I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.
Plane seemed dated and things like overhead compartments and bathroom cabinets had difficulty keeping closed.
Unenthusiastic crew and mediocre food is less than expected in business class. United cabin is very comfortable but they need to up there game to make it the real deal.
This was a great flight. I love the way they had general boarding board from the back first by seat row and in general the flight was very comfortable. The seats were actually comfy, and the food served was surprisingly good.

The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.
Experience was great overall. However, the connection time between my flights (1hr 15 mins) was too short. We had to get through security check and US immigration in that time, and I made it to the gate just as they were announcing it was about to close. Flights with such a short connection time should maybe not be offered for purchase, or an advance alert would be helpful. Other than that the in-flight experience was excellent, especially the food. Incredible service. Incredible entertainment. I felt like they just kept serving us something new avery hour. My wife and I both had a joyous flight.
All of my Aer Lingus flights were delayed. The seat I purchased with extra leg room was exactly the same as my previous seat that was free. I would appreciate my money back.
Not satisfying due to loss Luguage for 4days. Damage Luguage that had no way to fill up a report for and me as a client to spend more money and time to replace it. Thank you for soliciting my opinion, but it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Stephanie Zvi

i used to fly aer Lingus regularly but due to price - poor seating etc i have been using other carriers - i now have aer lingus in my state and the price is always the highest - i have flown to Ireland 11 times in last 24 months and have not used Hartford because of price
Booked through Kayak, couldnt take flight, Kayak punted to Orbiz, Orbiz punted to Aer Lingus, Aer Lingus said sorry about your luck, try Kayak/Orbiz. Terrible customer service collecting air fares and not even offering a voucher when customers cant take flight
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
My flight was cancelled, but it was not Kayak's fault. Kayak did require me to pay for the ticket twice to two different venders who paid Lufthansa. Kayak/Lufthansa owes me for the first booking I made first was fraudulent on the part of the subcontracting ticket seller. There will be litigation over this issue under the current passenger protection laws.
Terrible. Our flight was completely cancelled with no options to rebook until 4 days later.
Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.
Crew was outstanding, helpful and friendly. Food is deteriorating. The snack at the end of the flight was not good, a greasy moosh of toast cheese snd other unidentifiable ingredients. Coming from Germany a pretzl with butter would have been better. Entertainment had a great selection.
Give yourself over 2+ hours layover because if flight is slighlty delayed and you miss your connection, Lufthansa will do nothing for you
United lost my travel information and canceled my original flight. I had a seat assignment but was refused the booking. I had to prove that I went to Germany on United Very concerned about security that no one recorded my passport from Cleveland to NY and NY to Frankfurt I arrived at home at 12:30am on Saturday instead of 8pm I expect a full refund from United Please provide information to assure compensation
Crew was great. But my flight was late arriving and as a result, I missed my connecting flight to Richmond. I had to catch a later flight. On a positive note, the attendants at the counter were extremely helpful in booking my later flight. They book my on the next flight to Richmond.
I was told in Florence my bag would go directly to Indianapolis. I had to wait to get it. Then security in EWR was slow so I missed my flight as United would not allow me on the plane even though it was still on the tarmac and the door to the tunnel was open. I blame both Lufthansa and United for refusing to allow me on board a plane that was clearly still on the tarmac. Behind me two grandparents and their ten year old grandson were on same flight from Munich to EWR. They were refused to board the United flight. So we had to sit for 12 hours in airport until next flight. No compensation has been offered either by Lufthansa or United.
Not good because in this cancelled and then rebooked flight BA put me and my husband in both middle seats when we were originally seated together in original flight and i was in aisle. I hate sitting in the middle. BA food needs to be better. It was just ok. Thanks though to screw and everyone one for safe flight
I alrady responded to this request, and expllaned at length that this was the worst flying experience in my 77 years. I will NEVER fly BA again.
After boarding we were waiting in the plane for more than one hour to take off without AC with very high temperature inside
Fantastic! Great seats! Friendly staff! Amazing selection of shows and movies! Smooth ride! I don’t know what more I could have asked for honestly. They made flying a breeze this time around.
The boarding process was quite loud and chaotic. The flight attendants kept barking over the PA system about people needing to only stow large items in the overhead bins. During the one and only service, I was hit by the service cart. At the same time, a passenger was returning from the bathroom and the crew definitely saw him but stopped a few seats short of allowing him to sit down before starting service and made him wait a good 10 minutes before passing his seat and allowing him to sit down, after which he had to ask for his snack and beverage or he would have been passed over. Neither flight attendant thanked passengers as they left; in fact, I did not see them again once the plane door was opened.
British Airways did a great job and the entire crew was punctual and polite; dignified and delightful!

I never was able to take this cancelled flight…all flights from Zagreb were cancelled at 3:30 AM of departure day 9/8!
The crew was very attentive and kept busy serving a variety of treats!
Pre flight food options were not working and made the flight not enjoyable. Post experiences of British airways have been positive, but this is enough to stop me using British airways again
