Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.
It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.
Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .
Very good crew. Food service above average. Seats very small for a 12 hours flight.

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology
Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable
Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad
Not the greatest. The staff was unpleasant and we had delays. The boarding was done out of order.

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
Boarding was conducted in a confusing manner as no boarding group was displayed on my boarding pass and group calls were inaudible. Flight was delayed due to oil issues and loading issues. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for bags at baggage claim.
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.
Food was not great. Small seating area for business class
For an 8.5 hour flight the service on board lacked a bit. Service start was slow, the food was worse than usual and they skipped the snack they were supposed to deliver before landing.
We sat on the plane for three hours while they fixed something and then we waited for 30 other people to board the plane. They texted us 7 times adding on to the delay. No food or drinks were offered for those three hours while I watched the flight attendants eating and drinking while we waited to leave.
