The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)

Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

3 hour delay but out of their control. App said I get vouchers but when I applied for them, they were nowhere to be found in my account

They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet

We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.

Boarding was conducted in a confusing manner as no boarding group was displayed on my boarding pass and group calls were inaudible. Flight was delayed due to oil issues and loading issues. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for bags at baggage claim.

Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.

The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.

For an 8.5 hour flight the service on board lacked a bit. Service start was slow, the food was worse than usual and they skipped the snack they were supposed to deliver before landing.

We sat on the plane for three hours while they fixed something and then we waited for 30 other people to board the plane. They texted us 7 times adding on to the delay. No food or drinks were offered for those three hours while I watched the flight attendants eating and drinking while we waited to leave.
