The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.
Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever and no wifi. Prepare to disembark by a staircase.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...
The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
Boarding was conducted in a confusing manner as no boarding group was displayed on my boarding pass and group calls were inaudible. Flight was delayed due to oil issues and loading issues. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for bags at baggage claim.
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.

United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.

All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.
Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.

the guy in front of me put his seat back immediately...and then left it back including thru landing and taxiing to the runway. attendants did not check/ask him to put it up for landing.

Aeromexico crew made me check my hand luggage in the door of the plane. As soon as I reach Mexico City, I notice that my luggage was opened and 8 games of Nintendo Switch were stolen (700 dllrs value aprox) (the console was there) but the games were stolen. I am very dissapointed of Aeromexico and all the crew. Instead of being a good trip, It was a sad trip

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.
Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico
The entire process could’ve been better. Delayed multiple times and American lied and said it was due to Weather in New York, even though other flights were taking off the entire time (including other American Airlines flights)
The seatbelt light was on the whole trip - inconvenient but also unsafe. I was told to keep the window blind down the whole trip though I specifically paid for a window seat to be able to....see out the window. It was also two hours late causing me to miss my connection.
Delayed flight. Missed connection, AA put us on a later connecting flight. The connection flight was delayed 4 times and we had to deplane. Didnt get home until 3am, when I was supposed to be home at 8:30p. Zero compensation offered from American. I would not fly them again.
The flight was fine. It's the satellite terminal that supports American eagle flights is what sucks. There is only one food option and everything there is way overpriced. I mean I know it's airport pricing, but it's even crazier than that. I bought a sandwich in a plastic container for $18.
The flight was flawless and we even arrived between 20 and 25 minutes early!

The new seating in BC was a joy. My vegetarian pasta dish was excellent, very creative. The chicken potpie was ..... The crew was extremely focused and impersonal, but everything worked.

Both flights yesterday, experienced hard landings. Harder than I’ve ever felt before. Im hopeful there was weather involved and not pilot error. Other than the landing, the flight was quite good~

Boarding was a shitshow. Had to bus to the gate. No separate bus and boarding process for Business Class.
Issues with plane led to multiple gate changes and chaos. Very little communication from the ground crew led to cranky passengers.
They gave me an upgrade but charged me for my bag. I felt abused because this had never happened to me before with an upgrade with another airline.
The insanely long lines at customs were chaotic and stressful. They also created a lot of stress among passengers. Including fights and threats. The hot food I purchased was cold, barely edible. The check in staff and crew were nice and the pilot good but the overall experience was very disappointing. Passengers were still insulting each other upon arrival.
Food was terrible. No breakfast. Will not use this airline.
Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.
Flights from MADRID to CARACAS and back Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!
I have loved the flight, very professional and caring staff.
After landing in Paris every one in the plane had to get on a bus which was packed and every Covid protocol was violated. There was no social distancing. It was disappointing. There was an empty bus right behind us. A few passengers asked to get on it to keep some distance between people but the driver refused. Probably you do not care.
