DO NOT book with Kayak or a third party travel agent like Underpricers. You will regret it.
I have flown with LOT several times and regret it every time; however, they are the only airline that offers the direct flights I need. Boarding was awful. I was alone with 3 children, including an infant, and we were forced to stand in buses packed like sardines. Then, for such a large flight, there was not even a gangway. I was expected to carry a baby, a carseat, and luggage by myself up the dangerous steps into the plane while the crew RUSHED me. The crew was very curt, cold, and inattentive. No one offered any assistance or sympathy to me alone with kids. There was no ventilation or AC in the plane.
Issue with boarding, group of passengers on a religious trip coming back to NYC kept trying to change seats, even standing when the plane was pushing back. Crew/Pilot kept very good composure, some passengers got aggravated and started venting out loud but this group created a serious security risk. Crew/Pilot should've been more stringent and called in security or remove them from the flight.
Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class
Agents helping disable person doesnt know connections to Poland and after 9 agents helping and 2hours ,we made it to proper terminal. Polish Dreamliner its Polish nightmare liner with so narrow seats and no room under front seat for bag and feet,in economy class.To upgrade, to higher standart cost an arm and leg ,even there are empty seats No good experience overall
Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.
Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.

The flight was delayed by an hour which caused me to lose my car rental in Vilnius
LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.
Tv didn’t work and left the gate late but everything else was perfect.
It was great. Left the gate left and my television didn’t work but it was great otherwise.
Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

This is really the rating of two flights. JFK to IST then IST to NQZ. New York to Istanbul was good. Good crew and all positives. The flight to Astana was so bad that brought it all down. Crew was nonexistent above the minimum, seats were cramped, and it was hot on the plane. Turkish Airlines seems to be slipping down to US based carriers level.
Very punctual, the onboard staff was friendly and correct, the flight was fortunately very calm, the toilets were clean, in short, an excellent experience Thanks
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.
flight Istanbul to tel Aviv did not happen and no refund. refund for 2nd half of round trip was less than half.
I like Turkish Airlines Business Class to go to Europe, but it would be nice to avoid the back and forth to Istambul, and the very long layover. Regarding the 10 hrs. layover I have to say Turkish Airline lounges are superior and offer really good quality sustainable food… for ultimate comfort they also have great showers and suites to rest!
The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.
That was the last time I booked Kayak. The connecting flight got canceled and the trouble shooting terrible. Next times, I will book the airlines directly. Good bye
I want to highlight the crew members and their excellent work and professionalism. They work hard to make a long trip the most comfortable as possible, the food and drinks they offer are pretty good. And they are always asking if you need something else. I have had experiences with other airlines where you have to basically beg for a bottle of water. This is not the case. Highly recommended!!!
Way too crampled. Charge more and put in less seats.
I was first assigned a seat that could not recline fully and was at the back of the craft. I was not able to select another seat during check-in even when opting to pay for selecting a different seat. I had to contact the airline and spent 25min with a chatbot and was then transferred to an agent who was very helpful and could change my seat (free of charge). The entire process took me one hour. If I happened to not have that hour available this would have been a problem. And that was only to check in. The next problem is that the airport lounge I had access to is located landside. How strange. So it means that you need to allow time for security check and passport control and boarding time when leaving the lounge, which makes it almost pointless having lounge access unless you have a very long layover or arrive 5 hours before the flight. Inflight service was okay. But not up to par with the likes of QA, SQ or CX, even though the price is the same or even more. It was much better than the domestic flight where Lufthansa is actually a low-cost airline with legacy airline prices.
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.

Online check in was awesome and so smooth! It was our first time using it. I got to choose seats for free and I paid for our extra bag so easily. Then check in at the airport was a breeze!
Departure was delayed by 2 hours and passengers were sitting on the plane.
Just lucky: After realizing I was on "standby" b/c of a technical seat problem, someone volunteered to go Premium Economy, & I got to keep my Business seat. Found broken headphones, and they replaced them immediately! Excellent food and beverage service. Although we went to ALM first on our way to NQZ, it meant Business class was almost empty for the last 1.5 hours of flight- heavenly!
It was a safe flight with a friendly cabin crew.
The plane was too hot inside. There was no entertainment and we had to sit on the plane for one hour before takeoff. There was no free wifi.
The crew were outstandingly kind and cheerful. We carried our cat and they offered help.
Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.
Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

Didn't enforce passengers to wear medical grade masks nor that they even properly wear their masks throughout the flight. So it was lots of people of unknown vaccination status all around me without masks on the whole flight.
Upon checking in for my flight, I was informed that I had exceeded the baggage allowance and was required to pay an additional fee of 355 US dollars. This was surprising and frustrating, as I had not received any prior communication from your airline regarding the baggage allowance for my flight. I checked my email regularly and did not find any notification or reminder about the baggage policies. Had I been informed in advance about the baggage allowance, I would have made necessary adjustments to avoid any additional charges. The lack of communication on your part has caused me both financial inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I kindly request a full refund of the additional charge of 355 US dollars. that I was required to pay at the airport. I am writing to formally complain about the loss of my baggage on your airline. . I was a passenger on flight 0920 from Seoul ICN to Almaty and then from Almaty on flight 0131 to Dushanbe on July 18th 2024. Upon arrival at Tajikistan Dushanbe, I discovered that my checked two bags were missing. I reported the issue immediately to the airline’s baggage service office at the airport. Despite following up multiple times and with your Air Astana Representative and being assured that the matter is being looked into, my baggage has not been located or returned to me until last evening. I expect to be compensated for the loss according to your airline’s compensation policy.
