Horrible. We arrived at 5:30 a.m. to check in our bags and go through security to fly out at 8:10 a.m. Upon waiting for 45 minutes in line to check our bags, we got to the counter and were told that we may not be able to be on the flight (it was not over sold but over weight?!). For whatever reason we were told to step aside and wait until one hour before departure and that someone would let us know if we’d have the privilege of getting on the flight we paid for. As an hour passed, we got back in line and hoped for good news. After getting back to a counter representative, the initial employee we spoke to abruptly interrupted the conversation and in a frustrated/annoyed tone demanded we go back to the area off to the side. I mean, I get that they’re inundated with passengers of all types and are under a lot of stress themselves, but getting reprimanded like a child to be put in time out for my blood boiling. How were we supposed to know anything when we weren’t given any details. As the clock ticked away, the time to depart was fast approaching when an Air Dolomiti informed us that we would not be able to fly. In fact, they would have to rebook us and find us alternatives. Long story short… we ended up being told our only option was to take a bus from Florence to Milan and a plane from Milan to Munich. Our trip, which should have been us arriving at 5:30 a.m. and landing in Munich at 9:30 a.m. turned into an ordeal of waiting… waiting… taking a near 4 hour bus… waiting… an hour flight… and landing in Munich (our original destination) at 10:30 p.m. Lastly, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that we were told that we’d receive a $500 euro compensation on the card that they supposedly scanned in front of me… which NEVER posted. If I can avoid it, I will never fly Air Dolomiti again. *Air StoleMyTimeAndMoney* *AirWeDontCare* *AirYouDontHaveAChoiceSoYouGetWhatYouGet*
It was a short flight so all amenities were appropriate for the length of the flight.
It was about what I expected for a short haul. We were given a biscuit and water. But the people were very committed to service!!! Pilots were top notch 👌

On board service was very good. Airport service in Frankfurt was chaotic.
The Verona airport is 70 years behind the times. Boarding takes forever. First, you line up at the gate, then you go outside and wait at a barrier, after a long while a bus comes and boarding it is random, then you arrive at the plane and climb quite a few steps to board, again in no particular order.
You lost my luggage. You delayed my flight 1 hour. We didn't arrive in time and missed events we scheduled because we had to sit in the airport for 2 hours to file a claim
very bad The bus does not have AC and the windows do not open either. Airplane seats are very hard, very uncomfortable.
Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.
Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
Boarding was one hour late. Gate notification was incorrect (notification said gate 17, actual was gate 14). Took shuttle bus to board the plane. Late arrival of plane at Turin impacted travel arrangements to the event.
Flight boarding was delayed. Old, low capacity overhead bins requiring many to gate check their carry-on luggage. Beverages other than water were at a charge.
Flight was cancelled and I didn’t arrive until 11 hours after I was scheduled to.
Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.
You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.
Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt
Seat was comfortable, but very hard to work to recline properly. Impossible to find the headphone jack. Food was not good at all. Tray table pocket was filthy. Flight attendant seemed annoyed at everyone and everything.
The flight staff was nice. The pilot was a bit erratic with the plane.
Flew Premium Economy. The seats were comfortable and tilted back far enough to sleep. Food was okay and service friendly and efficient. We bought tickets through Kayak partner Underpricer and the price was good.
Lufthansa seats were much more comfortable than United. While they had about the same video selection, Lufthansa didn't put advertisements in with the movies like United did. And the Lufthansa food was much better than United.
Boarding to the plan was smooth. The plan itself was fine but the entertainment system work only on some seats (in our 3-seats row area only one seat had a working system). Landing not on a shoulder is very uncomfortable (departing the plan and travel in buses like it used to be 35 years ago)
ITA has these new Airbus A330 Neo that hates economy class passengers. The seats have absolutely no cushion to a point where it hits your spine constantly and reminds you to fork out for premium economy or don’t travel next time. The food was absolutely horrible, ETA mentioned 3 meals for 12 hour flight but it was mostly 1 meal and 2 light snacks. I am vegetarian, so my 2’d food was 1 slice of tomato, 1 cucumber on a dry cold bun. The other 2 meals were disgusting. My young one threw up the entire time. Flight attendants were the cherry on top - plain bad. They would skip servicing drinks to some passengers completely and if you call for an attendant, they will come and stop the button on top without even asking you what you need. I would avoid ITA by all means - there are plenty of options including SAS for same routes with better seats and humane treatment.
Nice flight. Uneventful, very good crew, comfortable seats. Pleasant experience.
Stews were nice. Plane was very old. Some of the mechanics for travelers outdated. Not enough bathrooms. Hideous food.
Our flight was changed to a day we could not travel so we cancelled it. Will never use kayak again

ITA cancelled fligh rebooked with Lufthansa. Flight good, but 2hour connection in Frankfurt was HORRIBLE, took 1.9 hours to get through scanner, customs, another security, got to gate after running all the way, so caught it but stressful and terrible start to trip.
Boarding in Rome for the Venice connection was disappointing. Very hot after a long flight, being herded on a crowded, unairconditioned bus to be transported to the tarmac for boarding for our connection. ITA you can do better than this, especially for international passengers!
