There was a mechanical issue with the plane that they had to work on before we could take off. That's fine, by all means, PLEASE make sure the mechanics are functioning properly. What was a problem was the fact that we sat on the tarmac for 4.5 hours without moving, without letting us off the plane, and without climate control and air running through the plane. There was no explanation as to what was going on; they just kept promising that it would be "15 minutes, then we are on our way." At one point, they even switched the entire crew out and told everyone we just needed to wait for new employees to show up. Then, as the 4 hours were not moving, an hour before the full refund, they made a big show about "the flight starting and the doors are locked, so you have to sit down." We didn't move for another 40 minutes; they were just trying to skirt around legalities that entitled us to restitution. When the flight finally was underway, the plane was gigantic but cramped in design, my entertainment screen kept freezing and glitching, and subtitles didn't work, and the crew was passive-aggressive. Terrible flight.
Poor, the airline was not able to help me move flights.
The way the Pilot made all announcements, specially the way he congratulated the entire crew as the best team ever, making a comment that due to them they were able to shorter the delay to the destination. Amazing flight .
Just to drop my already labeled bag it took 50 minutes inline. Completely disappointed with Latam operation at GRU
I’m entitled to a refund per LATAM due to the mid flight itinerary change and being stuck in São Paulo for 24 hours and needing to get a hotel. The airline was dismissive and of no help.
I couldn't travel, now I can't get a refund and to change the date I have to pay an absurd fine.
Boarding was confusing with a delayed flight because there was no English translation
Basic experience, we were delayed causing less time to enjoy our destination and on the way back, we boarded when the flight should have been taking off.
The flight itinerary was changed 3 times, I explain the problem on the previous leg.
Safe and stable made me sleepy and I slept and dreamt 😂😂😂😂
Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.
The food was great and the service and attitude was amazing!!
Much better than the major US Carriers especially in Biz Class.
Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology
Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight

The plane was small and one felt the turbulence much more. The lines to get through immigration were insanely long.

Our steward Margarida who served us from Lisbon to Boston was absolutely fantastic! She deserves a raise. Conscientious and thorough as well as showing appropriate attention for every need.
Boarding experience was awful. TAP claims I did not have check in luggage with tickets. I went 3-4 check in agents until I finally found a helpful kind agent who checked in my luggage with no fees. On top of that our flight was over 2 hours delayed with barely an apology or explanation.
Comfortable but not Polaris or Delta comfort Business Class. Overall 7 out of 10
A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.
they canceled the flight. I was at the airport a total of 8 hours. had to fly out the next day. No compensation so far.
I have been flying internationally for most of like. My first trip with TAP- wonderful! I look forward to flying with them more frequently in the future!
Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.

There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.
Water in bottle and a piece of chocolate were given. We did have movies to watch.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
This is one of the best flights i had. Good boarding, good seats , good food, and nuce stuff and clean toilets I took the Tourist upgrade and indianischer food , the best.
Very old plan, bad cabin layout and seats, entertainment system would get 95% through a film and then crash and reboot. I wont be using Lufthansa after I return back home, would rather pau more for a better flight arramgement.
Most importantly, got us there and back safely and on time. Seats in Prem Econ spacious enough and comfortable. But pulldown footrest on both flights inadequate/broken. Crew...mixed: a few were quite pleasant, others seemed disinterested. Food was underwhelming. Yes, I know it's just "airplane food", so dont expect much... but even United is doing better now, and BA more so. Would I fly ITA again...perhaps. Price diff was main selector this time, almost 1K LESS/person than UA. I'm naturally frugal -- For 2K I'll put up with some small inconveniences.
Flight was canceled. Rebooked on Lufthansa Also Canceled. Had to pay 3000 more per person and fly Alaska to EWR and fly emirates to Athens.
Everything is smooth without canceling the flight or long delay. We're happy about it.
Appreciated being met with a glass of sparkling wine - also the warm cleansing towel offered before the meal. The food was tasty!
My seat was broken and ducted taped and my monitor did not work the entire time over 8 hrs sitting. And I had no books or anything with me
my flight from Rome to Boston was on a very old plane. My video and audio did not work.
They gave us sandwiches as a meal twice. Snacks mid flight with cookies and a tuna panini. Then just the same tuna panini for dinner. That was it.
The crew were great and constantly cleaning bathrooms and taking care of passengers. Flight was on time and arrived on time. Boarding was easy and hassle free. Food could have been better but decent selection. Overall recommend and will fly again.
Two of my four flights had issues with toilets either NOT fully operational or completely out of order. Boarding was a joke because they have NOT established who is running the show. In the end, she did a terrible job. The seats 💺 were loose goose and the drinks and snacks were limiting in choices. Also, following Alitalia as an inspiration was strange since they went out of business.
The airline did a fine job with flying. However, being kept "in the dark" after a request to close all blinds for 6 of the 9 hour flight in a daylight flight was not good. I also got stuck in the lavatory with a sticky door lock. Fortunately a fellow passenger got me out!
