Stuck on a plane for 6 hours due to a technical or mechanical issue.
Bags lost no more to say, bad communication and no urgency to get it back to the hotel by the airline properly the worst airline I have used.
Seats were so uncomfortable, my butt hurts so much, I wish they have more cushions,it really was horrible, Except that, Stewarts were polite food was decent
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!
Flight was delayed by a hour could have been better addressed. Flight was fine with great service by the flight attendants
The flight was delayed by an hour which caused me to lose my car rental in Vilnius
All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!
The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.
Delay everywhere,5 hours,24 hours,missing all connection flights,terrible trip..
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.
Water in bottle and a piece of chocolate were given. We did have movies to watch.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

The flight never took off because two naughty kids, Donnie and Bibi, did a silly thing. Started a war.
Surprisingly, a very good flight. No wonder that Wizz flights are always full.
Boarding from Teminal C, which requires long walking to it from main terminal A.
Boarding kept us waiting for ~15 minutes in the sleeve. Other than that, excellent for a low cost carrier.
Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.
Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.
Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
A GOOD IDEA IS TO SEND TO ME BOARDING PASS IN ADVANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT
Communication was impossible: feedback was missing, no alternative communication options are offered. Check-in without feedback and the status was unclear at the airport until the last minute. A whole weekend under full stress. Never fly again but never use your platform again!!!
