Connecting time in Zurich was 50 minutes. We had to rush due to delay previous flight. To short for our luggage, got it only with 24 hours delay
This was the second time my trip that Swiss lost my luggage from one of their own connecting flights. Really frustrating.
Super friendly crew, good communication. I wasn’t expecting food on a short flight but they handed out a cheese sandwich on pretzel bun, very nice!
Plane was empty on the first leg of the journey. Seats have very little space between seats. No entertainment.
Business class seating in Swiss really is just Economy seating minus the middle passenger
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
The two meals were plentiful and excellent. The drinks were continuous. Thanks, Crew very polite; however a bit "hazard" at the end as they were rushing us off; to prepare for the cleaning team and next flight. Baggage from Berlin was delayed; however through the apps etc; they kept me aware and informed.(.did receive my baggage about 36 hours after my flight arrival). Good experience; thank you.
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

The plane was small and one felt the turbulence much more. The lines to get through immigration were insanely long.
Great price for really nice seats and the plane and staff were great, only 5-10 minute delays!
Our steward Margarida who served us from Lisbon to Boston was absolutely fantastic! She deserves a raise. Conscientious and thorough as well as showing appropriate attention for every need.
I will avoid TAP if I can, the ground experience was very poor with bad behaviour from the ground crew and it was only a bit better on the aircraft.
Comfortable but not Polaris or Delta comfort Business Class. Overall 7 out of 10
Great overall experience with TAP - would not hesitate to recommend for your next trip to or from Portugal
A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.
Efficiency was great - on-time takeoff and landing. Baggage arrived at destination (there's always slow baggage handling in Boston.) TAP food is spartan - bring your own. But the efficiency of the airline more than makes up for the mediocre cuisine.
I have been flying internationally for most of like. My first trip with TAP- wonderful! I look forward to flying with them more frequently in the future!
Flight was delayed and there was no wifi on board. Flight attendants could not or did not want to reser the wifi. Not acceptable.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AIRLINE. LOST LUGGAGE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER BOOK
They robbed me, filed a complaint and they ignored me
The flight attendants were very nice, friendly and went above and beyond in making our journey pleasant.
The Airline canceled my flight and don’t want to refund me.

They had everyone line up for boarding and then made us stand there for 30 minutes
Worst flight experience of my life. It was cancelled and they left us in the airport for 7 hours having no idea what to do.
Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment
I thought it was great because the seats were really comfortable for the long flight. The food was just ok, and could have been a bit better.
Everything could have been better. Check-in was the worst. Staff was extremely slow for checking in. They were easily spending 10-15 minutes for every passenger. I almost missed my flight because there was huge line at Immigration also.
