Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles
Terrible - we needed tp change the flight and it was impossible. They ask for a price that was higher than buying a new tickets from another airline. Will never flight Swiss air and Luftgansa again.
As an ex airline employee in my home country of Jamaica, it was wonderful to see that Swiss Air has maintained it's exemplary service. The crew was both pleasant and professional. The meals were wholesome and tasty. My brother and I traveled and we both agree that our amazing vacation started with the excellent experience with Swiss Air. Continue to keep your standards high 🙂
The return was painful because of the flight that was canceled. Nobody was able to help us out. It took hours and a lot of walking on two different airports to get a new flight
The whole experience was positive. Crew very friendly and helpful. Very greedy with pre-seat allocation. Web site too complicated
The service was flawless. The trip went great. I flew from Venice, Italy to Tampa, Florida. The issue is my bag (that I checked for free when checking into the flight) was ripped along the side when I collected it from baggage claim in Tampa, last night. I thought of talking with the Tampa baggage claim employees about it and see what could be done, but my bag isn’t a very expensive bag and I didn’t want to make a big deal of it. I’m not sure if I’ll be checking a bag anymore in the future.
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
Kudos to Swiss!! My wife and I thought Swiss was like flying years back: good food service, refreshments, friendly and courteous crew! We look forward to another trip to Europe next year, and it will be a priority to hopefully fly Swiss, thank you! We strongly can say from experience - the treatment (food, drink, entertainment) in service for Economy Class is unmatched!!!
There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.
Flight canceled Terrible Post flight management Kept in airport 1 hours with promises of transport but none came
The flight was 6 hours delayed, making me late to connecting flight. To make things worse, the hotel provided for 1 night stay due to losing a flight was unsanitary for human stay. Food was: old bread with pasta that seemed to have had canned tuna added to it and some kind of soup. Absolutely horrible experience.
With the boarding process, shuttle to the plane, and boarding there we ran about 30 minutes late. It was okay for comfort for a short flight.
Could not understand any announcements of the flight crew whatsoever. Their English is very bad. My bag is still lost. It was not loaded promptly and the plane was delayed so much that I almost missed my connection. I would not fly Dolomiti again!
Worst comfort that I’ve ever experienced on a flight
The flight was cancelled and I had nothing but problems with Lufthansa for 5 months leading up to the flight. I will never book with Lufthansa or through Kayak again.
It was a short connecting flight, so some things like food and entertainment were not important. The flight successfully got me to the long flight that followed.
Very uncomfortable seats!!!!!! Also, almost had broken kneecaps when the passenger seated in front of me vigorously reclined his seat. The spacing between seats is abusive!!

Nothing People were sick with no masks. I got COVID Food was terrible. Uncomfortable Lufthansa got really bad
