There's no entertainment or food service. It was a good flight.
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles
We’ve never been more uncomfortable on a flight than we have on this particular one. The seats in front of us reclined so far back that when the person reclined their seat of broccoli, it almost hit me in the face and left me with literally no room to move that said I had to recline my seed in which made the person behind me upset. It seemed like the seats also would recline without even pressing the button in the armrest and would unrecline as well for that same reason, and it also seemed that some seats reclined more than others. The bottom cushions of the seat were so thin that even after one hour of an 11 hour flight, our tailbones were so sore. It seemed like an overall old airplane. It also didn’t have individual air vents and it was extremely hot the entire flight. Several passengers were commenting on how hot it was. The breakfast was some kind of flavorless triangle, puffy egg, laying in a watery bed of steamed peppers and onions and spinach. It was not appetizing at all. The flight crew was extremely nice so that was a nice thing this flight attendant. They let us try different types of Swiss sodas, which was really nice and the dinner was actually delicious but still overall given the other considerations. It was pretty much a miserable flight without basic seat comfort.

Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.

Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.
Sat at rear of aircraft and was very cold. As a frequent flyer for many years, this is was the coldest I have ever been. Other passengers and some crew were complaining how cold it was. Sitting near the doors always risks being colder, just the way the aircraft works - but this was exceptional, bring a good jumper. Everything else was pretty standard easyJet - good value low cost carrier.
Queuing for quite a while despite using the "speedy boarding".
Would not advise EasyJet for a 5 hour flight…small plane and hence a lot of turbulence. No inflight entertainment so struggle to pass time in cramped seats. We also fell victim to extra charge for our cabin bags, although bag dimensions were ok, but the handle was rigid and slightly fell outside their testing cage!!….never again will we fly with this airline and be party to their scams for making money!
Nice to fly out of Orly smaller easier to navigate airport. Being able to receive boarding pass well in advance of trip was comforting to know all travel was in order.
Boarding was smooth and quick. Flight departed on time. Equally evacuation upon landing was from both the front door and the back doors. Bags were on the conveyor belts before I got there. Excellent service.
We were charged a ridiculous amount for a name spelling error on ticket which I would’ve corrected if I received pre-check info more than 1/2hr before flight. Then we were told at ticket counter that our bags were fine for boarding but then we’re charged another ridiculous amount to take in our luggage despite being told differently. Flight itself was great. Charges were unfair.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Kayak notifications are therefore unreliable and pointlesa
Staff had been really impolite at the boarding area and for both ways charged high extra fees without a reason. For the check-in luggage which was measured 3.5 kg and was confirmed by the stuff to cost 40 € , 60 Euros had been purchased from our credit card. When confronted staff did call us both liars and claimed to never have announced anything. Flight back , when not wanting to press a backpack in a measuring metal instead of hand measuring , staff got angry that one did not follow her order, which was than escalated by the team. Although carrying a baby anyways staff did not offer any help in the unreasonable process and than charged again extra money. Cabine crew has been friendly but this experience LL lead to not booking easy jet at all in the future. Check in process in Edinburgh anyways chaotic,to the family check-in and disabled check-in everybody else was guided for check in process, so people just getting in between each other, not possible to monitor your own stuff.
Comfort isn’t a word one uses on economy airlines! Boarding was okay, delayed but okay, the flight was good, quick and time was made up.
With stairs on a rainy tarmac, EasyJet flights are ok for younger travelers with backpack only. Seniors with mobility issues find it challenging 😰. However, the crew and disability assistance folks at both ends eased that discomfort as much as possible for their various roles. Kudos to airport and EasyJet employees for their kind service.

As always, Lufthansa checked my carry-on luggage, even though I was in front of the line. No other airline in the world does this. It's so annoying and unnecessary. There was enough space for it in the overhead bin. It's a TUMI Continental Carry-On. If you have the chance, rather fly easyJet or Condor on this route.
Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.
3 4 3 seats are cruel, the average person should be able to fit in the seats and this was not the case. I was at an angle for hours just to remain in my seat .
This was a "cattle car" flight loaded with the tightest seats I've ever flown internationally. I will try hard never to fly Discover Airlines again.
TV wasn’t working, flight attendants never came when turning on the light, luggage was delayed and when delivered it was broken. No suitcase for the rest of our 2 week trip with no response when claimed filed
Lost our luggage, now two days and four $30 each taxi trips to airport and long lines in taxi queue because Lufthansa didn’t get it right, by not recognizing new delays between flights caused byEU new lengthy crossing requirements for non EU travelers, so luggage lost because traditionally methodical and orderly Germans not paying attention.
Boarding it group 6 is unreasonable for gold members of codeshare airlines. Lots it luggage compartments full of crew and other bs. 6 rows of passengers no stowage
No entertainment, no food or beverage included… Price like Lufthansa, “comfort and service” from Eurowings.
My luggage was lost and there’s no way to follow up and find out where it is located. Super frustrating.
You did not give me any refund or allow me to transfer my flight to another date when I couldn't take my flight. I lost 100% of our ticket price. I will never travel with you again unless you make good on refunding or allowing me to transfer the ticket cost to another Condor flight. I couldn't take my flight because we had a very sick cat who required surgery for a potentially fatal condition and who possibly had to be put down. The cat is a member of our family and we assessed we needed to be home, in part because we didn't want to leave our 2 children with the decision to put the cat down.
The flights & staffs were great. However, Frankfurt passport control was terrible: long line, unsupportive airport staff, I would have missed the flight to SFO had not my fellow travelers let me get to the head of the line. An hour and 40 min connection time is way too optimistic for getting into (out of) Schengen area. A 3 hour layover time would be safer but not without some stress.
Crew and seats were ok. Food was just simply terrible.
It was a short flight, maybe an hour long. Everything was handled great.
The flight was fine, only issue my friend had was how small the seats were, it's a 10 hour flight so it becomes a bit of an issue when you're sort of cramped.
Based on some reviews, my expectations were low. I must say, the experience in Premium Economy was terrific. Comfortable seat, food was good and service was consistently good. I would certainly consider Condor again.
Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.
The worst experience with an airline in my 50 years of flying.
The flight left 1.5 hours late but there was no information about the delay. My business class cabinet had two small children who cried much of the trip. Service seemed rushed.
I didn't like breakfast, I prefer plain rolls with butter.
Good, efficient flights both ways. Didn’t have food and no entertainment so can’t comment on those. Friendly staff that let me move to a row with no one booked.
My flight was delayed and my second flight missed despite a three hour connection in Düsseldorf. My luggage was lost and it took three hours to recover which was actually unfortunately very much barely possible. I needed to rebook a flight that was three times the original cost of the original flight which now I need to go back and recover from the airline. Terrible experience,

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport

Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
