The biggest plus point of this flight is that the crew was very friendly. Otherwise on European sectors, the Business class seats are a joke and there is no entertainment of any kind. The staff should be trained to greet the Star Alliance Gold members to make them feel special.

plenty of legspace, snacks, no pull face from flight attendants when asking for a wine. Also fast transfer ability at ZRH.

The seat and leg room is small on the 2 seated row. Otherwise, very good crew and service.

The flight itself was fine, but due to a snow delay my connection to Lisbon was delayed by six hours. Despite this, Swiss Air still managed to lose my luggage. Not acceptable. Someone else on the flight also lost their luggage.

They lost my luggage on December 30th. It is now January 3rd and i still don’t have it. I’ve called lost and found multiple times and they cannot provide an update. They keep saying one day and then it gets postponed again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. It’s infringing on my vacation. I have stressed how important it is for me to have my suitcase right away. It should have been resolved within 1-2 days.

It was much better than most airlines we have flown with. It remo des me Swiss Air 25 years ago.

Horrible flight. First delay in boarding of approximately 30 minutes. While in the plane, the flight attendants huddle and we get an announcement that the crew's legal time was exceeded, that they don't have replacement crew and that they will need to cancel the flight. One would think that they would know that their time was to be exceeded BEFORE boarding. Took for ever to deplane. Then we were told that flight would not be cancelled but gave us a departure time of 21.15, which of course was not fulfilled. Arrived in Valencia, luggage took 30 minutes to arrive. Absolutely unacceptable

It was a no frills flights, but had to pay $162 extra for one bag! Cheap flight but no drink either!

Volotea cancel my flight and never refunded my money despite many attempts by me to get it back. I will never book with them again.

Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

Horrible. We arrived at 5:30 a.m. to check in our bags and go through security to fly out at 8:10 a.m. Upon waiting for 45 minutes in line to check our bags, we got to the counter and were told that we may not be able to be on the flight (it was not over sold but over weight?!). For whatever reason we were told to step aside and wait until one hour before departure and that someone would let us know if we’d have the privilege of getting on the flight we paid for. As an hour passed, we got back in line and hoped for good news. After getting back to a counter representative, the initial employee we spoke to abruptly interrupted the conversation and in a frustrated/annoyed tone demanded we go back to the area off to the side. I mean, I get that they’re inundated with passengers of all types and are under a lot of stress themselves, but getting reprimanded like a child to be put in time out for my blood boiling. How were we supposed to know anything when we weren’t given any details. As the clock ticked away, the time to depart was fast approaching when an Air Dolomiti informed us that we would not be able to fly. In fact, they would have to rebook us and find us alternatives. Long story short… we ended up being told our only option was to take a bus from Florence to Milan and a plane from Milan to Munich. Our trip, which should have been us arriving at 5:30 a.m. and landing in Munich at 9:30 a.m. turned into an ordeal of waiting… waiting… taking a near 4 hour bus… waiting… an hour flight… and landing in Munich (our original destination) at 10:30 p.m. Lastly, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that we were told that we’d receive a $500 euro compensation on the card that they supposedly scanned in front of me… which NEVER posted. If I can avoid it, I will never fly Air Dolomiti again. *Air StoleMyTimeAndMoney* *AirWeDontCare* *AirYouDontHaveAChoiceSoYouGetWhatYouGet*

It was a short flight so all amenities were appropriate for the length of the flight.

It was about what I expected for a short haul. We were given a biscuit and water. But the people were very committed to service!!! Pilots were top notch 👌

The Verona airport is 70 years behind the times. Boarding takes forever. First, you line up at the gate, then you go outside and wait at a barrier, after a long while a bus comes and boarding it is random, then you arrive at the plane and climb quite a few steps to board, again in no particular order.

You lost my luggage. You delayed my flight 1 hour. We didn't arrive in time and missed events we scheduled because we had to sit in the airport for 2 hours to file a claim

The flight attendants were wonderful - one man put my carry on in the bin for me. Very attentive service. Loved the blanket and pillow waiting for me in economy. Food was excellent which is a surprise given the reputation of any airline food. Wine was fine with the meals. Delighted with the new movies - flight went by very quickly. I would definitely fly Lufthansa again.

Good, however, I wish that the airlines would have delivered my delayed carry-on bag (checked in at boarding gate) to my hotel. I understand that various countries do have restrictions on such services.

I liked the professional service that began with the information and continued with boarding and the service on board. I recommend you to use the late-night checkin the day before your flight. It made traveling so much better and more pleasant.

Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!

Catastrophic experience the gate selected customers were picked up to.pay 70 eur for overweight 1-2 kg. While some others were let to board without chcking their carry on bags. Unecessaey drama by Lufthansa that brings nothing just hating them by customers.

My flight was cancelled, but it was not Kayak's fault. Kayak did require me to pay for the ticket twice to two different venders who paid Lufthansa. Kayak/Lufthansa owes me for the first booking I made first was fraudulent on the part of the subcontracting ticket seller. There will be litigation over this issue under the current passenger protection laws.

My flight was delayed and my second flight missed despite a three hour connection in Düsseldorf. My luggage was lost and it took three hours to recover which was actually unfortunately very much barely possible. I needed to rebook a flight that was three times the original cost of the original flight which now I need to go back and recover from the airline. Terrible experience,

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.

Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings

We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen

No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport
