First class snacks - stewardess gave out multiples to everyone until there was almost no selection left when she got back to me last in first class cabin. Nothing left that I would eat.

Crew did a great job, but aircraft was old and bitterly cold. Arrived early in CLT but had to wait for 30 mins for a gate. I knew in the plane what time we were arriving 8 hours before landing and it's basically an American Airlines airport, think they would have had space for an international flight lined up lol
Uncomfortable, not managing boarding process and managing people in the way waiting to board at a later time. Terrible delays
Nothing went well. The crew timed out, they sent us to 7 different gates, my original flight got delayed 8.5 hours, and the best American could do was give us a $12 food credit.
Another American Airlines flight, another significant delay. At least this one wasn't canceled like many others have been. This time we sat on the runway at LaGuardia for 2.5 hours. By my count that is 7 American flights the last three months that have been delayed 2 hours or more or canceled entirely.
The seatbelt light was on the whole trip - inconvenient but also unsafe. I was told to keep the window blind down the whole trip though I specifically paid for a window seat to be able to....see out the window. It was also two hours late causing me to miss my connection.
Flight was delayed, boarded, sat at the gate for more than 30 minutes, left the gate then waited on the pad for another 30 to 60 minutes then returned to the gate, deboarded and was cancelled... alternative flight was not booked automatically. Waited in line for 30 minutes but fortunately an alternate flight to a different destination was found ... no thanks to the travel agent used by kayak
The flight changed gates multiple times and flight had to be delayed multiple times
I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.
The new seating in BC was a joy. My vegetarian pasta dish was excellent, very creative. The chicken potpie was ..... The crew was extremely focused and impersonal, but everything worked.
British airways needs to improve their luggage handling process and communications. The luggage was lost/left in UK. But, this was not communicated to me as a traveler and because of the wait at the carousel in Seattle (we have to go through customs and immigration on arrival to US) I missed the connecting flight and had to be rebooked. No one informed me that the luggage wasn't there, and there was no one there at the carousel to check with or help me get through security faster. I wasn't the only one- there were a lot of people waiting for luggage that didn't arrive.
The flights were on time. Cabin crew were nice. The food was terrible! Checking in was not easy using my phone.
Everything was spectacular except the boarding. It was just a mob of people while all groups were called over the public address system.
Late takeoff, but on time landing. Lost bags, 3 days to find them, still in transit to my location. Power outlets broken, Wi-Fi not working, so much for working on the long flight.
I checked in to bags, one arrived one was delayed. I did not receive the bag for 4 days - arrived on Tuesday, received bag on Saturday!
Everything about the flight check-in was smooth no line the plane is clean and bathroom
Better synchronizing the boarding processes. The audio announcements, the personnel and the digital signage were not saying the same thing. All confusion.
My problem was with the onward connection between London Heathrow and Washington IAD. The flight was several times changed.
All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.
Truly felt "taken care of". Will definitely fly British Airways again.
