Flying business class saves you. Once you get out of the terminal and onto the plane, it’s fine. The traffic at the gate is a horror. No organization at all. The fact that Business class is promised early boarding is a myth.
Every time I fly LOT, I swear I will never do it again. And changing planes in Warsaw is a horror. Not even remotely organized. I can only feel sorry for the staff who have to put up with it.
My information was stolen, and someone used my card to purchase airline tickets. Everything has been submitted to my bank, and the police. Thank you!!
I have flown over 2million miles. Great flight but bizarre boarding process. They must have paged half the passengers to the desk for documentation check before boarding anyone. Overall great value.
Good in general, but i think the chair is not comfortable for traveling more than 2 hours ..
Stuck on a plane for 6 hours due to a technical or mechanical issue.
Boarding was a madhouse. Airport staff was completely disinterested in communicating about the delays. Never again.
The seats are very narrow. Communication regarding bids for better seating could be better
Although I was flying in business class, the feeling, comfort and in general the whole experience was like flying in a low cost airline. Boarding by. Us, no priority to business class passengers. The plane was very old and looked poor and rely old. Seats do not recline. Space between rows very small. No separation between business class and economy. No separate toilet for business class passengers. Of course no entertainment, no WiFi and no charging. Very bad experience
No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.
Fortunately the departure was delayed as I had a tight connection and the incoming flight was delayed. The departure delay helped me to make my connection. Thankfully, my luggage also could be transferred in the same time. The aircraft had to be changed and the power outlet in my seat didn’t work. Again luckily as the flight was not full, I could move to a different seat where the power outlet was working.
Food choices limited & not enticing Seats quite uncomfortable & difficult to control
The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
The service was fabulous and the food was excellent. My luggage was left in Frankfurt due to late arrival but it is supposed to arriving on tonight’s flight.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
