Reviews of the top airlines flying from Bremen to Caribbean Islands
The flight was excellent, the crew was super friendly. The only complaint I have is, 3 of my zipper handles were broken and there were 2 massive scratches on the back of my bag

Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality
I tried to upgrade to premium economy anis seat online during the checkin process. The payment didn’t work due to a technical glitch on KLM’s website. I wasn’t able to change my seat unless I called Amsterdam. Since I was in Canada and there’s a time difference this wasn’t practical. So when I arrived early to Ottawa airport my seat wasn’t available and I could only get a middle seat in premium economy which isn’t great. These middle seats are priced at the same rate as an aisle seat which makes no sense.
Good experience, just i couldn’t connect me to the wifi
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.
The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
Economy plus on a long flight with Lufthansa was wonderful. Service starts with a pillow, blanket, slippers and care package waiting on your seat. An it just gets better from there.
Review what was entered already in the same booking. Not sure we will use Arrant Grant, given what happened!
Great service food was very good and overall experience was great !!
When I fl with Bulgarian air, I am greeted with a bottle of water and a packaged cleaning wipe. There is a hot sandwich and a drink offered afterwards. Towards the end of the flight, there is a piece of chocolate and per request an additional water bottle. For the price that Lufthansa charges per ticket, it is embarassing that other airlines can offer better customer service quality on board. Also, some of the Lufthansa flight attendants act very entitled instead of being customer focused. Regularly the mobile lift for diabled passengers is missing... Every time when I fly with my 89 year old mother, she is being questioned multiple times whether it is okay to use the stairs ( she walks with two canes). Most of the times when we arrive in Frankfurt, the mobile lift is missing and she is urged to use the staircase. When I refuse to allow this, the flightattendants look at me scornfully. This is not WW2 where disabled people should be treated as second hand people... Then we all have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes on the airplane, while waiting for the mobile lift to arrrive. Does Lufthansa have enough money to waste on an airplane waiting for (on the average) 30 min for the mobile lift to come? I fly frequently and have experience mostly with Delta, United, Southwest and other American Airlines. Lufthansa needs to pick up their game on board, if they want to stay competitive and in the game...
The Linate Milano flight was delayed. Landed at Frankfort at 12:10. Then took the bus on the tarmac and the bus ride was about 20 minutes due to the airport traffic. Got off bus went to passport control, used the kiosk scanned passport, took photo and finger prints and proceeded to wait in line. I asked the attendant that I had a connecting flight at 12:50 his respond was you have to ask the other travelers in line to let you go ahead. There should be a better system. Passed passport control and the gate was at Z69 to the other end of airport. Ran there out breath, I was last person to board due to a mechanical:electrical issue plane took off 2 hours later. Lufthansa need to a better job with international connecting flight. A 1-15 minutes is not enough considering the doors typically close 15 minutes prior to take off. So the window is reduced to 1 hour with all you have to go through with a slight delay it is not enough time. The crew on the flight was excellent and received exceptional customer service.
Keep an eye on your seat assignments - ESPECIALLY if you paid for upgraded seats - the airline moved us out of our prepaid seats THREE TIMES and I could only resolve it by calling customer service - who was very helpful. Expect to carry your bags down several flights of stairs for boarding on the tarmac.
It flight had a maintenance issue, that should be part of of preventative maintenance, and then they completely mismanaged the passengers on the buses. A terrible experience.
Loved the towel at the end. Service was frequent and perfect.
Horrible. Would not assist w hotel or new flights when Catania leg canceled
Absolutely horrible. We missed both of our connecting flights from Frankfort due to the new border control lines. Lufthansa had us running and walking around the airport trying to rebook. They were not prepared to offer us a hotel room for the night, but finally relented when I said I was done with Lufthansa, most were not so lucky. I also put put of the blame in Kayak. You need to update which connecting flights you are offering to allow for more time to deal with the mess that is border control in the EU.
