The crew and service was excellent. The food and entertainment were very good but not excellent.
On time arrivals and departure, good in flight entertainment, courteous flight attendants, decent meals, reasonable seat space

Didn't make the connection as my primary flight was 3 hrs late, I had to basically beg to be put on a different airline to continue my trip otherwise I would have been sitting on the airport for 8 hrs

The boarding of this flight was total chaos. For some reason, all passengers had to stand in a lengthy line at the gate to have our passports checked for the FOURTH time. No reason was offered for the necessity of the fourth re-check, and when we got to the end of the line, the check was perfunctory. There was little to no crowd control at the gate and in some cases, tempers were flaring. On the other hand, once we got on board, everything about this flight from start to finish, especially the quality of the food and the service, was probably the best I have ever experienced..
Boarding was very chaotic, we had to stand in two different lines that were not clearly marked, and the announcements were not understandable from the microphones, and we speak both German and English. We paid Kayak $120+ for seat assignments when we purchased our tickets but when we printed our boarding passes, suddenly we had been changed to 16 rows further back than our assigned seats we paid for. The seats we were assigned to on our boarding passes had no usable overhead bins and so we had to sit with our carry on backpacks underneath our feet in an already crowded space. One video/entertainment screen kept crashing and thus was useless for viewing anything. It was not an enjoyable flight.
The biggest plus point of this flight is that the crew was very friendly. Otherwise on European sectors, the Business class seats are a joke and there is no entertainment of any kind. The staff should be trained to greet the Star Alliance Gold members to make them feel special.
There was an hour delay before we boarded, followed by a “technical issue” when we pulled away from the gate which resulted in us having to go back to the gate to test an engine and then because our departure was so late (about 3 1/2 hours behind schedule at this point), we had to take a different (longer) route to get back to Canada, so, the whole trip took about 17 hours door to door. The crew did their best to manage the delay with a very full flight, so, kudos to them but it did make for a fairly stressful end of my trip as I was trying to figure out how to get home on board when I realised that there was an engine problem and we might be deplaned.
Good food. Comfortable. Affordable. Number one for europe to Tampa now.

Motivated crew on dated but well kept equipment (A340). Seats with more leg room are a life saver

Everything was good with Tap Air Portugal. It was Logan Airport that was a problem. The fuel system was down and delayed my 10:40 boarding. I wasn't able to board my flight until 2:00 am...after that my flights were great.
Seats had no charging ports. Our plane was rerouted to Boston and we were landed on the tarmac with no food or water for 3 hours (illegal). We then waited in the airport for 3 hours while staff had no information regarding where our bags were or when we were going to get them.
Very poor communications during flight. Our flight was diverted with no communication. We waited for hours in the terminal for word on how we would get to Newark No chargers on the plane Won’t be flying them again
This is a terrible airline. Never again. We got diverted for weather and are sitting on the tarmac now for hours. No updates. No water. No food. This is insane.
Did not enjoy the meal provided. The aircraft was dirty. For instance, the screen seemed to have been cleaned with a dirty rag. Disgusting.

Boarding went fast. Lisbon's gates are too small for the flights they serve.
Great pilot, textbook landing in madeira. Everything else, from booking to checkin, plane quality, seat amenities, crew engagement, and overall experience were significantly below standard. I WOULD NOT FLY TAP IF THERE IS ANY OTHER OPTION.
The flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight
The workers checking passengers from the boarding gate stole money from people whose luggage was perfectly fitting inside the carry-on sizer.
sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!
Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.
I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.

I was charged at the gate for bags I had already paid for. There was no other option. I am trying diligently thought easyJet website but making no progress HELP!
Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.
Boarding great. Didn’t eat or drink so can not comment.
The pilot did everything possible to make up the 35 minute delay. His communications were honest, prompt and positive throughout.
Staff were lovely. Seats could be wider/ more comfortable and late taking off
