Close was excellent. Comfort was very good. The food was marginal.

Didn't make the connection as my primary flight was 3 hrs late, I had to basically beg to be put on a different airline to continue my trip otherwise I would have been sitting on the airport for 8 hrs

Best service we’ve ever experienced! Special thanks to the crew member who took care of us throughout the journey. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We love Swiss Air!

The boarding of this flight was total chaos. For some reason, all passengers had to stand in a lengthy line at the gate to have our passports checked for the FOURTH time. No reason was offered for the necessity of the fourth re-check, and when we got to the end of the line, the check was perfunctory. There was little to no crowd control at the gate and in some cases, tempers were flaring. On the other hand, once we got on board, everything about this flight from start to finish, especially the quality of the food and the service, was probably the best I have ever experienced..

Boarding was very chaotic, we had to stand in two different lines that were not clearly marked, and the announcements were not understandable from the microphones, and we speak both German and English. We paid Kayak $120+ for seat assignments when we purchased our tickets but when we printed our boarding passes, suddenly we had been changed to 16 rows further back than our assigned seats we paid for. The seats we were assigned to on our boarding passes had no usable overhead bins and so we had to sit with our carry on backpacks underneath our feet in an already crowded space. One video/entertainment screen kept crashing and thus was useless for viewing anything. It was not an enjoyable flight.

The biggest plus point of this flight is that the crew was very friendly. Otherwise on European sectors, the Business class seats are a joke and there is no entertainment of any kind. The staff should be trained to greet the Star Alliance Gold members to make them feel special.

The seat and leg room is small on the 2 seated row. Otherwise, very good crew and service.

Entertainment sounds were not good. Otherwise everything else was good.

Business class seating in Swiss really is just Economy seating minus the middle passenger

Our flight was delayed 2.5 hours from Lisbon to DC so we missed our connection to Seattle that would have arrived at about 9 PM. The agent initially said we had to stay overnight in DC and there were no other options to put us on to get us to Seattle. While on board I discovered a flight via American he could have put us in but by the time we arrived in DC that was sold out. We were then put on a flight to San Francisco that was also delayed then arrived in San Francisco and our flight to Seattle was also delayed so we ended up not arriving until 2:15 am. Our son could not pick us up so we ended up having to pay over $100 to Uber home. This is the second trip with United that the flight has been delayed causing us to miss an evening in Las Vegas and we were given nothing.

Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.

Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.

Packed flight, which makes it tough on crew and boarding staff (and the customers of course). But this was great boarding, clear instructions, etc. Traveling on the weekends are always fraught with danger as you have families and less frequent flyers thus more confusion. But this flight went as planned.

Destroyed my suitcase. Tired of talking about it. Cancelling my unite mileage plus account.

Read the fine print. This was my flight home. I booked my flight for the quickest way home. Had a carry-on and a personal item. Same as my outbound flight. Apparently I needed to pre-pay extra for my carry-on. When I checked in, I was told that I had to check it. I said I’ll pay for it, and was told that this wasn’t an option anymore. They said I still had to pay $50 to check my carry-on. I told them I’ll pay whatever to just carry it in as intended. I was not allowed, so eventually I paid $50 to check my carry-on under a plane that was half full, with overhead compartments that were even less full. My white carry-on suitcase was practically destroyed getting from Idaho falls to Denver to Orange County. The low price air fair was a bait and switch. Got me to the gate, made me pay extra, then didn’t even allow me to pay for a carry on. Not to mention that I paid the $8 for WiFi that didn’t work. All to get my suitcase destroyed. I don’t think I’m going to even keep my Untied mileage plus membership and card. Apparently, membership does not have its privileges for this one.

The flight was delayed, they didn’t even have water for the toilets or for drinks

Even through the flight was delayed due to storms near IAH The flight was great! The crew was so hospitable and professional

I flew from Santa Fe to Denver to catch a flight to London and the transfer of my luggage on arrival at Denver to the London flight worked perfectly. The crew on the ground and on board for the London flight were so friendly and efficient.

Boarded early; and arrived home 40 mins early. After a long flight, it’s nice to be back home early. These flights have no amenities; no snacks. So need to bring your own

Food could be better. Service was just ok without any enthusiasm...

The breakfast snack was horrible. No nutrition value. I couldn't finish it. The main meal had no taste, no real vegetable, the brownie had no chocolate taste., I was not even sure what the salad consists off.

Breakfast was terrible. Sugary yogurt, inferior pastry, poor quality fruits. No protein.

Our connection in Frankfurt was the worst ever. No one from the airline or the airport seemed to be bothered to get us into our connecting flight on time! The procedures at the airport took us forever and we barely made it into our flight. If we had missed it, I’m sure we would’ve missed our cruise. Looks like everything is on autopilot and no one is interested in helping customers anymore especially us 69 year olds

Crew was very responsive to give soft drinks etc.. At Frankfurt Airport Special Assistance did a great job for us. The seat cushions were simply bad and not up to the mark for Premium Economy which we chose. All the cushions from Business to Economy were poor. Also, any snack besides lunch and breakfast, you have to purchase including chips and chocolate. It is simply cheap. I don't think I will fly Condor anytime soon

The short leg flight was fine. Crew and airport were nice to allow special assistance which helped.

Planes are new and clean and staff is attentive. Food wasn't great and chair cushions were very uncomfortable for long haul flights.

The boarding process is a nightmare. They put you on a bus for 30 minutes with no air flow. The process was extremely slow and we were behind schedule so they auto rebooked us on a flight for our layover. The new flight was 4 hours later in the day, we landed an hour and 45 minutes before our layover flight so this was completely unnecessary. When I called to get us back on the original flight the support staff was useless

It’s a budget-friendly airline, so expect smaller meal and snack portions and no free alcohol to drink on international flights. Airline food is never exciting in economy class, so I always plan on taking my own food and snacks- and I don’t consume alcohol, so no complaints from me! Flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The airplane was newer with USB a+c charging ports, massive infotainment screens, and a lot of entertainment media to choose from. The airplane seats are less padded than other airlines I’ve been to, but the benefit is that there was more legroom because of the thinner seat profiles. Honestly, more legroom gave me more comfort than having more padding on a seat (which just gets flattened over time and repeated use) Overall, I really liked my Condor experiences (4 different planes) from LAX-Frankfurt-Barcelona and back. I would not hesitate to fly with them in the future, if the prices are lower than other companies

They made us walk thru entire Frankfurt Airport, which at this age. With very less time, we had to run. It was unacceptable.
