Close was excellent. Comfort was very good. The food was marginal.
Entertainment sounds were not good. Otherwise everything else was good.
Best international flight I have had in a while! Far superior accommodation, services, food and general experience compared to U.S. airline companies.

My experience was wonderful. The professionalism of the crew was exemplary 🙂. The meals were wholesome and tasty. I have no complaints
Delay more than hour created pressure to catch the connecting flight
Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.
The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME
Flight was excellent. The staff was a great comfort with the Captain meeting everyone on board The delay was unforeseen but an inconvenience.almost 3hours was too long to sit in the plane before the flight.
The crew was highly professional and caring, I was flying business class. I will fly with them any time.

Having the take off and boarding postponed back and forth a few times was unsettling. The crew wasn’t all that friendly and attentive. Washrooms were filthy from the beginning. Like it never had been cleaned.
3 delays on my flight. The cabin was cold and noisy.
i missed my connecting flight nec there was no boarding announcement at the airport and my money in the medium luggage was stolen worth 400 cad with my other currency collections. My luggage also got damaged and the code was changed. i hope this will be looked into and i get my stolen money back.
The staff was great. There were boarding delays due to the weather although the staff remained calm and friendly. The food is generally sub-par and there was a delay with my luggage but the airline was relatively speedy with having it delivered to me.
For the passengers in the back only vegetarian food was left, a disgusting looking mesh of vegetables and carbs. Instead of an apology or the word “sorry” the crew tried to force the plate on everyone. I refused the food and there was an argument. The purser came and tried to introduce a wrong accusation, that I touched the flight attendant. As I had witnesses of the incident she quickly backed off and just stated that AUA is not responsible for the distribution of dishes and that is the end of the story. I shall complain to the airline about this incident.
Premium economy seats are not as big as they claimed. Boarding is a hassle

The security check between our connecting flights at Frankfurt was a cluster. Horrible quality control with everyone cutting the line. We were in line for over an hour. Condor was nice enough to keep the gate open for us but it was incredibly stressful with two elderly women.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
Could have a friendlier crew. The entertainment should be updated to be more current
Condor is a good and affordable airline. Make sure to leave a two hour window if transferring internationally through Frankfurt.
The short leg flight was fine. Crew and airport were nice to allow special assistance which helped.
Upgraded to premium economy at the gate. Well worth it!
Flight 1.5 hours late; missed connection. Ground support for rebooking inadequate to the point of ridiculousness.

Sitting in business class and the seats don't recline. No entertainment at all. Food was ok. It was an old Airbus.
