This is truly the worst travel experience of my life. This is truly the worst travel experience of my life. The UK ETA program had a technical failure, and I was stuck in limbo for 24 hours, unable to board my flight and unable to navigate anything in my itinerary. I had to rebook an entirely new flight and I’m now out doubled the money. Unconscionable.

Flight delayed with no explanation. Boarding was confused (proceed to plane, go back to waiting area).

Boarding by bus - this is 2026! Luggage did not board the plane though we had over two hours between flights. After it was located it didn’t fly immediately but waited one or two flights until boarding to fly yo Belgrade.

It was a great experience. The aircraft is a bit dated but other than that it was great.

The airport gate in Lyon was an insult to human dignity…. Shame kn the French authorities

Booked economy. Seat felt like it was a bit more roomy than my last trans Atlantic flights. I had a nice person sitting next to me. Everything was as good as it could be considering you are 35,000 feet up in the air and in a metal container. Beers, wine, food were all readily available. Plenty of movies and shows to watch. Friendly flight staff

We were delayed three hours from Montenegro to Vienna on our outbound flight and then rebooked an extra leg on our trip to the US. Our bags, which Austrian made us check in in Montenegro even though the flight was barely half full, didn't find us for ten days. Then, when we asked for compensation for the delay we were given the runaround that the flight originated outside of the EU. Next time we fly Turkish Air.

Excellent flight. The crew was exceptionally attentive and organized. Attention to details is unmatched.

Loved the courtesy and punctuality. Very professional and most importantly on time.

Great! They got my vegetarian meal right, flight was comfortable, they helped store my heavy luggage. Pleasant crew and flight staff.

Enough seat availability for us to move a little and so sit together - but the flight was half an hour late

Notified as to why there’s a delay with our flight.

Ryan air is a scamming airline. They advertise that you have to follow they baggage policy and their employees just do whatever they feel like. My most recent flight, i checked to large bags and just paid for 3 cabin bags and priority. Apparently, according to the staff, they knew the plane had too full in the cabin. This meant they had to target a select number of bags to into the hold. Now, a normal airline just offers to take your bag at the gate for you, it is their mistake. Not Ryan air, they just tell you the wheel of your bag sticks out 2 cm, we will charge you almost what you paid to check your entire luggage immediately, then tell you it’s on you. I would have gladly paid to check in the bags in the bag check in, where they told me the bag was good to go. Never using this airline again. I used to enjoy the quick direct flights but I will never use them again.

I didn't eat any food so can't comment on that. The prices on the plane are extortionate (as are all prices on planes). Everything else was seemless and a great experience

I need assistance and I could not fault it at all. I suffer anxiety and I was always put at ease by assistance staff, and the banter was good. On board the staff was so very nice and kind and showed empathy. Thank you to them. It was my first time travelling since I lost my husband and was so grateful to them.

Waiting outside for a long time is not really necessary

The baggage wasnt uploaded to the plane, lost baggage handling is very poor.

A delay of almost 3 hours. It was evident that the staff wanted us to board urgently, to the point of rudeness, to avoid paying compensation

On time arrival but the aircraft had seen better days and needed a deep clean.

Cabin crew couldn’t be less interested. Cabin manager was the most arrogant and the rudest I’ve encountered in many years.

Food could be better. Service was just ok without any enthusiasm...

The breakfast snack was horrible. No nutrition value. I couldn't finish it. The main meal had no taste, no real vegetable, the brownie had no chocolate taste., I was not even sure what the salad consists off.

Breakfast was terrible. Sugary yogurt, inferior pastry, poor quality fruits. No protein.

Our connection in Frankfurt was the worst ever. No one from the airline or the airport seemed to be bothered to get us into our connecting flight on time! The procedures at the airport took us forever and we barely made it into our flight. If we had missed it, I’m sure we would’ve missed our cruise. Looks like everything is on autopilot and no one is interested in helping customers anymore especially us 69 year olds

Crew was very responsive to give soft drinks etc.. At Frankfurt Airport Special Assistance did a great job for us. The seat cushions were simply bad and not up to the mark for Premium Economy which we chose. All the cushions from Business to Economy were poor. Also, any snack besides lunch and breakfast, you have to purchase including chips and chocolate. It is simply cheap. I don't think I will fly Condor anytime soon

The short leg flight was fine. Crew and airport were nice to allow special assistance which helped.

Planes are new and clean and staff is attentive. Food wasn't great and chair cushions were very uncomfortable for long haul flights.

The boarding process is a nightmare. They put you on a bus for 30 minutes with no air flow. The process was extremely slow and we were behind schedule so they auto rebooked us on a flight for our layover. The new flight was 4 hours later in the day, we landed an hour and 45 minutes before our layover flight so this was completely unnecessary. When I called to get us back on the original flight the support staff was useless

It’s a budget-friendly airline, so expect smaller meal and snack portions and no free alcohol to drink on international flights. Airline food is never exciting in economy class, so I always plan on taking my own food and snacks- and I don’t consume alcohol, so no complaints from me! Flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The airplane was newer with USB a+c charging ports, massive infotainment screens, and a lot of entertainment media to choose from. The airplane seats are less padded than other airlines I’ve been to, but the benefit is that there was more legroom because of the thinner seat profiles. Honestly, more legroom gave me more comfort than having more padding on a seat (which just gets flattened over time and repeated use) Overall, I really liked my Condor experiences (4 different planes) from LAX-Frankfurt-Barcelona and back. I would not hesitate to fly with them in the future, if the prices are lower than other companies

They made us walk thru entire Frankfurt Airport, which at this age. With very less time, we had to run. It was unacceptable.
