The first flight was delayed and left us with a tight connection from Dublin to LAX. We would have made it and only had carry on luggage, however we were turned away and not allowed to go to the gate because they gave our seats away!

I was not permitted to check in online and there was no one at the check in desk at FCO when I arrived, so I could not get to my flight. Did not receive compensation of any kind.

Boarding was messy and the flight was delayed an hour

Food was mediocre, but as expected in economy class on an airline. Wrap was ice cold , my son’s served by a steward on the next aisle was warm . As expected, but at least heat the food up a bit. No frills, but it’s economy. Excellent free WiFi was a bonus

The overall sports experience wasn’t even OK. The fact I canceled when I was on my way to get food at the airport again this was a international flight. I was out of the country and I did have work the next day. It was very inconvenience and very last minute and it was very poorly communicated.

Informed of delay the day of flight resulted in us getting to our destination hours later. Had we been notified earlier plans could have been rearranged. No airline employee could tell us why there was such a delay. Smells of trying to hide the real reason Food was not offered to us. Stewardess walked right passed us offering others drinks and food. I thought on a short flight maybe they paid for it so I didn’t ask. Turns out they should have offered us something Seats were very hard and uncomfortable

Terrible. The flight from Athens was delayed and we missed the connected flight to USA. They will put service was unacceptable, we had insufficient information, and the whole experience was awful.

My luggage was lost and still has not been found. Apparently there is a disconnect between Aer Lingus and American Airlines regarding the transfer of luggage that needs to be corrected.

Faster charging ports but that’s a super minor complaint.

Overall it was good experience and it was my first trip with Aer Lingus. One thing I was embarrassed was that someone occupied my seat so I was asked to use another seat. Due to this unhappy happening I almost missed the connecting flight because the random seat was far from the flight door. Food was fine, I liked the macaroni and cheese with fresh bread.

Had no disruptions or delays. Did not order any food.

I liked almost everything (e.g. ease of booking, price, punctuality, efficiency, friendliness, courtesy). A slam landing in Dublin airport took some of the gloss off it, though. Being able to paste here the text of the review of the same flight that I just wrote for Ryanair would make me feel better about Kayak too.

Take off was great but landing is always with a bump.

Staff were very professional. Much better than the outgoing flight from Dublin. Seat cushions were practically non existent. Making for a very uncomfortable flight.

It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time

Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.

Worst experience ever. First time and last time with Ryanair. I'm not a cow.

Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!

Delayed flight. Received notice from ryanair by email and via app but no such timely information available at airport from monitors or staff

Ryanair is always shite. Slowest boarding possible in the most uncomfortable way. It’s like they are are tad sadistic.
