Boarding is messy, business class no priority line Delay is departure.. hot in cabin
My experience with Emirates was very disappointing, particularly in how the disruption to my journey was handled. My connecting flight in Dubai was cancelled and I was provided overnight accommodation, but I was not advised that leaving the airport could affect duty-free items I had purchased at my original departure airport. When I returned for the rescheduled flight, the alcoholic beverages were confiscated. I was then initially refused boarding for my rescheduled flight, although this was eventually resolved. Onboard, I was allocated a next to a passenger who repeatedly shouted throughout the journey. I asked the senior cabin crew member to move me to vacant seats at the rear but was told they were reserved for crew. The same seats were only offered to me towards the end of the flight, when moving was of little benefit. I appreciate the hotel accommodation provided after the cancellation, but the overall handling, communication and customer service fell well below what I expected from Emirates. What began as a flight cancellation became a series of unnecessary inconveniences, financial loss and an extremely uncomfortable journey.
Good service. I wish there was more legroom. The food could be improved with additional options.
Everything is smooth and good. While cabin crew didn't wake me up for food. When I got up I asked for my meal then they simply replied I was sleep due to that reason they did not wake me up. In that case I suggest they must keep stickers to place on top wake up or DnD.

As always Emirates is always dependent on the crew you get on the day and today was a good one. Everyone knew what they were doing and gracefully without hesitation . Great conversation all round even about the food and wine.

Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.
First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.
The first segment from Atlanta to Abu Dhabi was fantastic, but we got downgraded to a different aircraft from Abu Dhabi to Delhi. We were supposed to be on a flatbed business class when we booked it but just about one week before travel, we were changed to A321 Neo, which just has old-fashioned business class seats that recline but don’t go flat. No TV either. While I fully understand that sometimes these changes have to be made for operational reasons, but I asked for some credit or compensation for that and I did not get any anywhere with that
I bought a full price ticket for business class on kayak and my seat selection was not Included, I had to pay more and WiFi for example was not Included in my seat. My travel companion who bought his ticket for the same business class price had these features included in his ticket therefore I am not happy with my purchase via kayak.
Good could be better. Crew is good but not great. Not much snack options for kids. Bathrooms were not cleaned on time
The crew were really bad mannered! And spoiled all my mood throughout the flight!

The cabin crew were kind, helpful, and polite. However, my flight from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. As a result, my journey was significantly extended, leading to a much longer travel time than originally scheduled.
Maybe some more information as to why the flight got delayed I understand may be tell your customers that missiles were fired at a specific airport wouldn't be reassuring to the customers and would cause mayhem but something like recent events have cause a delay on your flight or smth
They lost the baggage and said it was deleted from the system. I had baggage tag so was able to file the complaint but there was no PIR number and update so far
I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.
Limit the number of usage of wine or please arrange our seats. The passenger was drunk on this flight and not on Thiruvananthapuram to Abudhabi.
The flight from NY to Bangalore was very good but the return flight from Bahrain to NY was mediocre
Pretty much what you'd expect for an economy flight. The crew were excellent as usual. The food was ok, but nothing special.

Very poor experience, passengers and were not social and started a troubled with other passengers and a fight erupted
I like it very much. Gulf Air is always the topper rank of the world. I love it very much.

all good. crew wasnt attentive to the announcements they were making about the flight. made several mistakes at several tines while announcing destination, arrival time. first officer made this mistake too.
New aircraft, new and modern. Crew could be a little more smiling.
Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Boarding it group 6 is unreasonable for gold members of codeshare airlines. Lots it luggage compartments full of crew and other bs. 6 rows of passengers no stowage
Someone sat in my seat and this made boarding protracted and unpleasant. The stewardesses kept saying, “it is important that everyone be seated — or we will be further delayed,” but for a long time they did not tell me where to sit. At the end of the flight a baby screamed loudly for several minutes and it took ninety minutes (!) to get through EU passport and customs. We had to stand the whole time in a an overheated room. The seat on the plane was narrow. These things are not all Lufthansa’s fault but they made for a somewhat unpleasant trip.
Very bad because the flight was delayed from Palermo to Munich and we lost the intercontinental connection in Munich to Orlando Florida. We arrived before the flight leaves but they did not took us into the plane. They did not give us any compensation for all the damage they made us by taking another plane to Washington DC and then fly in another connection ton Orlando. We had to experience a very stressful situation. We were very exhausted after all conflict. We need a compensation for this bad expirience. .
Flying business class but the experience is of economy class
Fantastic. Hard working, helpful and upbeat crew. Nice food & snacks (chocolate!). Modern and clean aircraft.
Food was terrible. Bamboo utensils are just not working out. A lot of plastic waste. Pillows and blankets were not good, a lot of static electricity. Crew did their job well.
The crew could deploy more customer focus and not frown when asked a question. I’m speaking of one lady in particular who raised a hand in my face for me to wait whe I tried to ask a question and never came back to me. Very unprofessional and rude.
They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.
Lufthansa crew both on the ground and in the sky were wonderful. I booked wheelchair service for all of our flights and it was handled perfectly. Kudos to all at Lufthansa.
Our Lufthansa flight MUC to IAD was cancelled 90 minutes after boarding requiring a night in Munich. Nightmare.
