Cabin crew were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful to me and my twins and family. Great crew!!!
Highlights were the food and wonderful staff. Airplanes were exceptionally clean.
Aegan Airlines compensates for its outdated business-class seats with excellent food and onboard crew service. Launge was also excellent.
On every Aegean flight it seems, they ask people to check in carry on luggage. That seems to happen less often with other airlines for some reason. The food is very basic for a full service airline. We do not need a meal with trays, but something of higher quality (even just higher quality pies) would be better. The cabin crew was very nice and professional, though.
Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.
Internet not working during the flight - what a big miss!

The crew was awesome. There was a school group of about 60 14 year-olds. The food is standard greek fare, Baklava was pre-packaged like it would normally be sold in a vending machine, and it was the highlight of the meal. Plane was in great shape, and seating was like a any A319 you would experience at a national-level carrier (i.e. not like Ryan Air). Like many European airports, they bused us to the plane, so the process of boarding groups is useless, and not well understood by infrequent travelers.
Short flight. Was not told if there was a kosher option for the snack.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience in business class, which we “won” in the airlines lottery In exchange for a relatively small deposit. The breakfast served at the beginning of this three hour flight was absolutely phenomenal. I would be tempted to fly Aegean airlines on a transatlantic flight in light of this experience.
This is by far my worse experience with airline. The Lufthansa crew at the airport was rude, inefficient and not customer oriented. I am not counting the 1 hour delay, as safety comes first and it is understandable to prioritize it, but I had to take three flights to my final destination and I am flying frequently cross Atlantic trips since 2011, so I can confidently say that this flight operated by Lufthansa (flight from Athens to Munich LH1753 , was my worse experience.
in athens they helped me with my dogs and they solved all my issues excellent service outstanding
No Wi-Fi or food unless you pay an expensive fee.
Leg room was ok 1 flight attendant threw headphones at us. Very rude Overbooked flight thank goodness I got a seat Bathrooms smelled and urine all over the floor
Dropping off checked in luggage was terrible. The queue was insane. It took over an hour to drop off a checked -in suitcase. They had four flights checking in at once and 2 people in the kiosk to assist
Our seats were at the very back, so it was very tight, so therefore, very uncomfortable. Especially when the person in front of you put their seat back. Everything else was great!
There was no food - in flight service very sparse - small bottle of water and small bite size chocolate - not sure why the need to come through the cabin like a big service production when they could easily have these items in seat pocket or on seat before boarding!
The trip was very good..I loved that I received notifications all thru the trip.

The cabin crew was excellent, efficient and professional. Some were knowledgeable in the passengers mother tongue, and addressed them in that language, a nice extra touch. Entertainment good, the plane kept clean. The food is the weak point: I have been flying Lufthansa quite a bit, and notice that their meals across the Atlantic invariably default to pasta. This summer, I flew both Air Canada and Lufthansa on different overseas flights. The food in Air Canada was better! That did not used to be the case a few years ago.
