The seats were so close together, when the man in front of me put his seat back, the screen in front of me was 9 inches from my face. There is no way to lean forward if I needed to pick something up. It was pretty uncomfortable for a ten hour flight. I was very surprised.
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.
Plane was late so luggage never made it to connecting flight. I’ve been home 2 days and still do not have my luggage.
Super friendly crew. Leg space and entertainment system are below average
Wheelchair was the excellent service. I didn’t have any food or used entertainment. Overall for my trip experience was excellent. Thank you very much and keep up good work. Best regards
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.
Like the blanket. Food wasn’t good and boarding was a mess

Nice, it was nice to have a free night's stay because our layover was over 18 hours.
Cabin was kept very hot and it was uncomfortable. Entertainment system did not work at my seat. Crew and service is fantastic
Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

Very good except the boarding process too forever and wasn’t organized by group. I had a heavy pack or I wouldn’t have minded. I was in business. There were no audible announcements in the waiting area about boarding and everyone packed into the boarding area. Then boarding stopped for a long time but the staff made no announcements to update waiting passengers about the holdup. The flight was good after we got on.
Flight was overbooked. Luckily there was room in Business so several people got free upgrade.
Boarding was chaotic. The agent was so rude and yelled at me for standing in the lane according to my number instead of cutting across to get to him. So rude. Also asking to gate-check luggage was lengthy and chaotic. Not a good boarding experience.
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.
Staff didnt want to work, had to get up to get food and ear plugs myself even after calling the attendant multiple times. Both bags were not recieved in Dubai, called the next day to confirm bags were recieved and had to go to airport to pick up the bags. Now coming back to LAX one bag made it and the other bag is still missing.
