The flight was 45 mins late leaving, we sat without a/c for some of this, 2nd Meal was a slice of pizza. Movies were good.

The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class
The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.

Boarding experience was a mess- both to and from Istanbul airport. No one knew anything. They asked everyone to line up according to their sit numbers- it was unbelievable. Business class had a separate line, but it was hard to find- I had to go through all that mess before finding it. Would not recommend
My flight was canceled 1 minute before boarding. The customer service was owful, no one could tell us what was going happened. I spent 30hrs instead of 15 from Washington DC to Brussels. No apologie or help
I loved and appreciated the agent at the check in counter in Amman. He was very professional and helpful. I believe his name was Lawrence. All I saw from him were smiles after smiles after smile. Very kind and professional. Overall trip was comfortable and pleasant.
Awful. They cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook me
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

I had a very disappointing experience traveling with Copa Airlines. When I arrived at the airport in Córdoba for my flight to Bradley International Airport, I was charged an additional $590 because I was told that certain taxes and fees had not been paid. However, my reservation and documentation clearly indicated that all applicable taxes and fees had already been paid. I was therefore forced to pay an additional amount that I believe I should not have been charged. What makes the situation even more concerning is that I was initially told I had to pay $890. Then, the amount was increased to $1,800, and eventually, after discussing the matter, I ended up paying $590. I consider this amount excessive and, more importantly, unjustified, since these charges had already been paid and nowhere in the terms of my reservation or contract does it state that these taxes or fees were outstanding. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled and with being required to pay an additional charge without a clear and consistent explanation.

Crew was excellent. This was a relatively long flight though and had very little leg room, and no entertainment.

I completely missed my flight because the first leg was longer than planned. I had to sleep overnight in the airport because no accommodation was provided and then sent to Trinidad in the morning with an anticipated 7 hour layover before my flight to Georgetown which was now with Caribbean Airlines. I tried twice with customer service to see if they could put me on an earlier flight which had seats available but was told it wasn’t possible.

We flew SEA -Houston-Panama-GYE round trip. The connections were torturing because we had to sleep over in Seattle to board the early morning flight and froze for 11 hours in Hoston for the return flight to SEA. Not United's problem, just the inconvenience of numerous transits. Restaurants and fast foods were closed and all we got was a cookie/coffee for each flight. Finally we waited for a long time for our baggage at carousel 9 as informed by the APP and all reliable sources. Suddenly some fellow passengers found out that our bags showed up on carousal 8.
