It will get you where you want to go. Power did not work on ether of the 2 planes but staff was lovely. Wood like to see a improvement to the food as the amount was small but the main issue is the food isn't tyed to the location your going to the airlines own culture. So that would have been nice. Staff was crazy nice and even helped me with a very tight connection
The required privilege for business class while boarding is not given. Food is average. The seats in business class are bad, worn out and dirty
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Good food. Excellent crew service. Clean aircraft. Narrow seats and isle.

Well, in my case; the flight was delayed 1 hour, we have to wait in the plane to get green light. And the plane (probably because was a short trip) did not have entertainment or WiFi. No a good experience.

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

It’s amazing how much better foreign airlines are than American domestic airlines. Why can’t we do things as well? Professional, friendly flight attendants. Quality meals and complimentary wine and beer. Great selection of movies, shows, music, etc. Comfortable seats, even in Economy class (adjustable headrest, footrest, large foldable tray table, charging port). A nice bag of comfort items, such as socks, slippers, eye covers, head phones. This is the third foreign airline we have used over the last 7-8 years, and they have all been so nice, but Turkish Airlines was our favorite. We flew to Portugal last year on one of our domestic american airlines, and it was a pretty miserable experience in comparison. Kudos to Turkish Airlines.
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.

This was the worst flight of my life. Economy seat directly behind a premium economy seat with extra recline meant I have about 6 inches between my face and their chair. My seat would not recline at all. I couldn't even use my laptop on the tray table because I had so little room. I was in a casket basically for 10 hours. Completely unacceptable.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
In a half empty plane LH put me on the only row in Economy plus were 3 people were sitting. Instead of asking either one of us if we'd like to switch to an empty center row , they moved people from the back to the empty middle rows. In the end I felt cheated because I paid more for my seat and lost out.
Boarding this big airplane by bus is crazy. Frankfurt airport has super long lines
