The entire experience in Turkish business class was superb. From the friendly greetings including the chef, to the polite and classy service, all was wonderful. The in flight entertainment is one of the best. The food was the best I’ve had inflight.

They are absolutely impossible to get hold of. A death in the family caused us to delay our departure. They are impossible to get through to and after waiting 41/2 hours I was told they would not consider helping us. They cancelled our return flight and have not reimbursed anything. I strongly urge readers to consider a different airline.

Flight was delayed. While standing at the gate, a note appeared on the sign saying the gate had changed to a gate far away. No member of the Turkish airlines team got on the microphone to instruct passengers to go to the other gate, to ignore the chiron, etc. Finally, the message disappeared. Eventually, the flight began to board. Very slowly. More slowly than I experience with other airlines. Though Istanbul may just be slow . . . In all other ways, great flight, great entertainment (top notch movies), great service, excellent food, comfortable lie-flat seat, dimmed lights, etc.

Staff could have been friendlier and offered drinks more often

One of the worst days of my in Istanbul very disrespect people they changed my flight 2 times I miss one of my flight from Istanbul to DFW they forsed me to buy another ticket they do not care about customer they take advantage of you. You get scammed from every where if have other options please don't go through the Turkish airlines

Cancelled with no notification and no assistance from ground staff re options or rebooking, where to stay or how we could get home to LHR.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

Business Class pods are horrible. If you're petite, you might be able to sleep on the uncomfortable seat and bed. Crew and food are fantastic.

I was asked window seat on check in in Dar-es-Salaam. The person on the deck told me "yes, no problem", but gave me 10e and 25b seats! Better just to say "no"
